I think it made the most sense to bring her back this season to get her commentary on Shannon's situation and to see how they handle it. Even though I don't see the appeal of Gina, she is a cat with nine lives. I think she'll skirt by this season too as she beefs with Heather, which'll buy her another season. Sorry for your loss, friend. And I don't typically care for Chihuhuas but that dog it too adorable.

Alexis was cringy last night. I am glad that she has a backbone now, but she looked real stupid defending "Johnny J." last night. Also, you could tell that Tamrat and Heather were foaming at the mouth to get Alexis back on the show for this very reason. Even Andy on WWHL was cold to Shannon and kept saying he's been wanting Alexis back. This just confirms that Jeff Lewis was on point that this season seemed planned to get Shannon, and I don't even care for Shannon like that. @Gray Bunny, friend, I am cackling at your caption and picture of you holding your puppy up like Ryan's Hope (as you stated).

I think she's trying to stay within the guidelines of YouTube too. I do hope that she has and posts clips from her time on ATWT eventually. Didn't in one of the clips they said she was on 17 at the time? I am pretty certain they did. Stephen Yates was already in his 30s?! If so, he looked good for his age.

Catching up on the Marianne episodes, I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. Given John's history with Lee, I understand why he is so hard on Marianne. I do find it extremely odd (and gross) that Chris is trying to bed an underage girl; however, I have to keep reminding myself that this occurred in '75, so it was probably common at this time. I am picking up that Chris will most likely pan out to be a cad that wants to get in Marianne's pants and leave her. I am just waiting to see what Aunt Liz does going forward b/c that scene of her catching them and listening on... you could just see the wheels spinning in her head before she goes in for the kill. Overall, I love the simple stories that create so much drama. I wish that Ariana Mueneker had full episodes from that time.

I hate that tremendously for him. All those years of collecting info have gone down the drain. And of all the sites to hack, you hack a site that pays homage to a classic soap? What a waste. If I were a hacker, I would be doing some real hacking. I wouldn't be surprised if it was some child or young adult under 25 that did this.

I am a firm believer that when you fire someone who had the show riding at an all-time high, it is better to promote someone in-house and work closely with the previous writer. That's just my opinion.

I think that all the elites are coming out b/c they don't want Kamala anywhere near the presidency TBH. With each passing day, it becomes apparent. I am going to just rip the bandaid off and tell the truth. These WHITE elites don't want a Black woman in power. That is what I am deducing. I feel they'd prefer to toss Biden/Harris aside altogether. I might have to take a break from social media b/c this is upsetting me. I would've preferred this theme to what we got post-Hold On To Love. I never understood how soaps failed to realize that the show's theme is an integral part of the show's identity. I will give DOOL, B&B, and Y&R that. As much as they change a few chords or strings in their themes, they still resemble the original.
