  1. Total mess. And allegedly, Flopalot Jenkins will not even be attending in person. The rumor is that Her Lowness will be attending via Zoom. If that is indeed the case -- why is this nasty piece of work allowed to duck a reunion that everybody else must contractually attend? Even Rinna is dragging her carcass to the set. My understanding was that if you intentionally skip reunion, you get fired. I wonder if it is because Bravo thinks she was behind the bots?
  2. I don't know if this belongs here, but in the UK, the Queen is under "medical supervision." This was announced officially, and formally, to parliament this morning, which suggests the seriousness of the situation. Charles, Anne, William, the Wessexes, the Sussexes, etc., are travelling to Scotland. https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/live/2022/sep/08/queen-elizabeth-ii-health-royals-medical-observation-latest-news-live-updates#top-of-blog
  3. Agreed. I'm not a fan of Charrisse, but she may be a necessary evil. She is desperate to get back on the show, and that's a weakness as much as a strength. As Karen shows in the trailer ("WHAT YOU'RE NOT GONNA DO IS..."), this latest takedown plot #87 is not going to be plain sailing for Cha-Cha, and like @NothinButAttitude, I think Char will end up showing her derrière. I'll be honest, I'm still not sure I am 100% sold on Mia in this cast, but im ready to eat my words. Chris Bassett-Hound responds:
  4. I have been waiting for weeks for this! My fave franchise is coming back October 9. 🌸 Candi and Bed Wench are BFFs! And do I spy Candiace gossiping about Karen?? Do I spy Karen all but saying that she and Ray have an open marriage? This Candiace-Chris-Gizelle SL is going to TRAUMA DRAMA. I have so little patience for sneaky Charrisse! Get her, Karen!
  5. Agreed. I love what a gift it was to longtime RHOA viewers. Very full circle. Sheree has been talking about her fashions since Day One, Season One. Loved seeing some old faces at the show (lol, Apollo! Tammy??), especially silver fox Dwight! Most of all, I loved the joyousness, and the whole cast happily supporting her.And a number of those She By Sheree looks were really pretty good... ....until you realise that some are She By Shein! Oh Sheree. I wish I could say I was totally shocked by this latest sloppiness, but.... Sheree often overpromises and then under-delivers.
  6. Candiace's work ethic, and her passion project establishing her own voice/sound, endears me to her. IA Nicki Minaj thought Candiace was low-hanging fruit but Candiace held her own. Going after Candiace's singing voice was not a good look on Nicki.
  7. Fierce, isn't it? Candiace's everything -- but especially her energy -- is giving me life here. And on a show with such a strong cast of individually-unique women, standing out like that is no mean feat. I know last season was a sh!t show for her (and that included reunion), but as we wait for RHOP to return, I find myself looking forward to seeing her the most. I'm not sure why that is, as she was so damn angry and stubborn last year. I was worried she had let the show go to her head. And yet... she spoke truth to power to Andy Cohen when other RHs are afraid to do so (and there were rumors she'd lose her job on RHOP as a result of that. I'm glad she didn't).
  8. That RHOP cast photo is up there with RHOA's famous ultra-luxe cast pic from a few seasons back. Robyn, Candiace and Mia look sensational (seriously, Robyn needs to blow that shot of her up large, frame it, and hang it in her living room), but honestly, they all look stunning. And Karen in the middle.
  9. Oh! I should have specified. I meant Sheree, Garcelle's friend and ex-Mrs. Will Smith! But since we are discussing the one and only Sheree, Ms. Sheree 'Joggers' Whitfield, I 100% concur with your assessment. Sheree is delusional in a fun way, and talks a good talk, and her reads are so pointed, they're elegant. I miss her and Nene's dynamic for sure. She keeps Kenya on her toes. In the reunion trailer, she stands out at various moments, leading me to hope she'll be back for another season. And yet, despite the Doing It On My Own talk.... Sheree has made a lot of financial mistakes involving men. Trusting men. It is unexpected for someone who seems desperate to establish her brand and make lots of money on her own terms. LOL I have a soft spot for her also. @DaytimeFan This Rinna-Patrick Somers drama is mind-boggling. I don't know what to believe, given that Rinna considers herself the Steve Bannon of Housewives, feeding misinformation into the BH universe and throwing mud wherever possible. But the guy also sounds like a fantasist. Invited to the BH reunion,? That would be a first. An unknown, self-proclaimed social-media marketer showing up on set for Andy Cohen (!!) to credibly verify this guy's receipts. I'm not sure that's happening, but I've been wrong before. Do I think Bravo contacted him, though? Yes, because the network is likely conducting its own internal/due diligence investigation into the bots. Rinna should be worried. She, Erika and Diana likely cooked up this nasty scheme on vacation in Hawaii. And now she's admitted to having hired him. Do you think she's suing him to temporarily prevent him from speaking publicly about all this? Diana, meanwhile, is doing the most on social media, trying to provoke a fight with Garcelle and Sutton. It'd be harassment if it weren't so sad -- S&G are ignoring her, and everyone else, apart from Bamboozle Jayne, also appear to be avoiding her posts. God, I'm ready for a couple of these hoes to be removed from my screen!
  10. IRL I would def have been Heather, upset and scared for my safety. But as a viewer? I enjoyed it very much. Especially as Luann was wrongly accused, and Heather, Kristen and Carole seemed to be looking for another Pirate moment to pin on her.
  11. Truly her realest, most spontaneous scene. Heather was trying to have A Moment, and Lu was like 'Nope, not today, Satan.' I have a huge fondness for Luann, and it stems directly from this scene. And from PirateBootygate.
  12. Luann (and RHONY) at her very best. Also love this moment:
  13. Oh, reunion is going to be a sh!tshow for sure. Way beyond RHONY S4 or the Zoomunion. The off-camera happenings have strayed from merely toxic to something really cruel and nasty. Given Lipsa's online spiral and Lickity's cyst & deceased, I now have doubts that Diana and Rinna will even show -- thereby never having to account for their actions and leaving a mess of unanswered questions. Erika will probably show, because paycheck, but it'll be like questioning a hostile witness. Kyle will probably show, because she is basically a Bravo EP at this point, and to her credit has never ducked a reunion. A thought just occurred: if the entire Coven (minus Dorit) refuse to attend, Bravo would be forced to cancel the reunion outright. How relaxed and lighthearted that RHOA reunion trailer appears by comparison! 😊
  14. Copping to it, totally. [/Luann] I underestimated Brooks. I wasn't even sure I liked her. But now, after this first reunion episode, I like her a lot. She is authentic and open about who she is, her past, and values. There seem to be many sides to Brooks (in a good way) and she isn't just playing a stereotype. Does that make sense? IA about the grey area. And about unexpected people swapping personalities. Lesa was icy, like Stanbury can be, and maybe that's what I've had trouble embracing her. However, during a recent podcast interview, she was outgoing and warm. She is in Reunion Mode, and I get that. Stanbury says she is icy and emotionally closed-off, but I see Stanbury attracted to very warm, maternal, outgoing people (like Sergio who is really dying to be a RH). I think Sara is one of the most interesting cast members in that we do not know that much detail about her. She's had bad relationships like Brooks, which she has mentioned, but not in the detail that Brooks has. Maybe that is because UAE divorces are known to include NDAs... and also because she is also treading a fine line representing the UAE on this show. I'm sure she's gotten pushback from her community. And... I also think there is a much tougher, more ruthless side to Sara that you do NOT want to piss off. I'd love to see that side TBH! Ah, the BH deleted scenes. I have thoughts. Scene 1: Erika/Diana keep saying they want to 'get to know' Garcelle without Sutton around. That is such BS meaningless nonsense. I am glad Garcelle sees through the Coven's takedown plan. The whole thing reminds me of OC when Tamra cultivated Gretchen's friendship for a full year-and-a-half -- much to Vicki's displeasure. Once Gretchen's wingman, Alexis, was driven from the show... Tamra got back with Vicki and threw Gretchen under the bus. Gretchen had been duped, and there was no-one left to film with. The plan all along, I believe, had been to isolate her from the rest of the cast. Bravo dropped Gretchen quickly thereafter. I think this also is the Coven's end-game. Run Sutton off the show, isolate Garcelle and that will force her to leave. Other than that, Kyle enumerating why everybody is scared sh!tless of Erika. More on that below. Scene 2: The Housewife & the Hustler. Welp. Glad that Crystal & Rob watched. Too bad they didn't tell us the details which bothered them! Crystal seemed flat-out scared to verbalise what it is about the Girardis which chill her (well, all of us) to the bone. Everybody is deathly afraid of Cujo! Just one time, I want to see someone stand-up to that foul-mouthed attack dog and put her in her place. Call out her empty, mafioso-wannabe threats. I would get a lot of irrational happiness from a scene like that. But Crystal (and I like Crystal) is not that girl. Is Garcelle? Question for you: what do you think about Sheree? 🤔
  15. RHODubai reunion really was giving! And it dented a few of my preconceptions about some of the women. Namely Brooks. When I saw the pageant crown, I thought: 'If you constantly have to announce that you are queen, then you aren't one.' I was expecting to see her brought down a peg or two by the other couch. But I underestimated her tenacity and ability to defend her corner. Not only that, but talking about Zoran and her abusive marriage was probably the standout moment of the reunion. Caroline Stanbury was lucky to have Brooks on her team. Because Stanbury exudes a rather passive energy on this show and is more than happy to have minions fight her battle for her. She tried with that Book of Lies thing. I don't know what to make of InternSergio's attempt at Photoshop. Monique's Binder this ain't. Clearly she and Lesa despise each other, but I did notice Stanbury's smiles when Ayan spoke. Lesa.... was doing A LOT. Somebody has to! But IMO she was narrowly walking the line of TOO MUCH. She and Ayan are a tag team and that could blow up in their faces and erode some of the goodwill they cultivate among the audience. Two against one is rarely fair. Nina was being pelted with a barrage of name-calling from the both of them and couldn't even get a word out. The energy coming from Sara is that she is lowkey pissed and ready, if pounced on, to stand her ground. The energy I'm getting from Nina is Dead Woman Walking. Andy seemed present and invested in the reunion, and that's a good sign. He kept topics moving along.
  16. She's a posturing fraud! She sends a team of sagers to 'cleanse the energy' of hotel rooms, but the dark, malevolent energy really emanates from her. When is she getting saged from the show? What a foolish choice Bravo made in hiring this lazy, soulless ghoul. This episode.... OOF. It is long past time to get rid of the Coven. Sutton repeatedly gaslit and verbally abused by Diana, Erika, Rinna and Kyle is straight-up bullying and ugly to watch. Erika here (and in the previews) is irredeemably awful. She has no empathy and would f*** anything for money. The fact that she cleaves to BudgetGhislaine makes perfect sense. Rinna keeps pushing the narrative that she is acting out because Lois died, but she has been a horror show for years. Kyle is very obvious and sloppy in her double-dealing. Even playing-both-sides-Dorit was like "I'm not co-signing this in front of an audience." Kathy and Crystal were not feeling Kyle's moves either. Nevertheless, I'm not sure any of these women have the stomach to actually confront the Coven or hold them accountable at Reunion. And that's what worries me.
  17. I felt exhausted watching Ramona during the latter half of last season's RHONY. I felt bad for her in the first half, as it was clear that Leah and Eboni were trying to get a reaction out of her so they could cry racism. Then she went ahead and did their work for them anyway with 'Black Shabat' -- and yes, that reference should strike horror and fear into all our hearts, because it was truly the worst RHONY episode ever committed to celluloid digital. Nevertheless, I think there would be a massive hole from Legacy without her. She brings something unique, and I'm not talking the Trumper stuff, I'm talking Ramona's own way of being. She is legit eccentric and has zero f***s to give. There was also a rumor some months back that Luann would not be joining, and that really floored me, because I wouldn't want to watch without her. I think Ramona, Sonja and Luann must in some way be the core cast of Legacy. Melissa Gorga apparently said recently that she ran into Ramona in da Hamptons, and that Ramona said she was done with reality TV and has no interest in returning. I'm not convinced it was Ramona's decision to not continue... but it could have been?
  18. All I've seen so far of the episode has been this clip: ....and now I'm a little afraid to watch. (Very telling that we don't see Kyle's reaction to the remark). Perhaps I will jump straight to Dubai reunion instead.
  19. Not just bloggers, though she is C&Ding every blog that discusses RH -- including blogs Bravo has relationships with. She's threatening to sue actual news outlets like the South China Morning Post, Hong Kong's NYT, for no discernible reason that I can see. She's leaning heavily into victim mode. Honestly, I doubt she will even show up at reunion at this point. This screams loud distraction tactic. What a disastrous RH choice.
  20. Some upbeat Alex McCord news! Yay for her. (P.S.: No, she's not joining RHONY Legacy).
  21. Well.... that trailer music is certainly très dramatique! I wish I knew what the drama is in reference to, though? Jen's lawsuit? Heather's black eye? Did she walk into a wall? I'm not getting anything from the newbie(s), either. Did Angie even appear? BTW, there was a moment in the trailer when Heather looked like someone on another RH show, and that's when I realized that Erika Jayne is morphing into Heather Gay. In every still shot I see of her, Whitney looks nothing like she does on TV. I'm not sure if I should be excited or not about RHOSLC. Season 2 disappointed me so hard, I didn't even finish watching the reunion. I think the loss of Mary Cosby is going to be egregious. Surely Potomac and New Jersey must be returning soon, too.
  22. As an aside, both MM and CK look truly, glowingly gorgeous in that photo.
  23. I feel the way you do. Something changed between S8 or S9, but it was S10 when she annihilated Denise when we realised she'd sold her soul to the show. Also, her OWN IT brand is meaningless because she won't hold Erika to account and, indeed, turns on anybody who dares to call out that mean old grifter. It's a contrast from Days and SoapTalk and BH S5-S7. Even though her treatment of Kim, Yolanda, LVP and Eden were red flags, she exuded relatability and self-deprecation. Last year, helping Harry with his garden, some of that fun returned for a brief moment. But that was clearly an anomaly. And, ITA-- if she's going out full scorched-earth? DO IT! Own it! Spill it!
  24. A word about Contessa so far this season. I've always found her hard to warm to, though she has some good qualities. However, she also has a deep streak of authoritarianism. My way or the highway. In some ways, it makes sense why she ended up with Scott because he's domineering in the same way, and gets intimidatory when he hears things he doesn't like. So while she was entitled to confront Heavenly about her mouth, Contessa's inability to hear anything other than what she demands to hear (like an apology) is a problem. She can't handle pushback. Heavenly made the point that Contessa was deflecting from her marriage problems by making Heavenly the bad guy. Probably true. Contessa & Scott have their new practice, which seems VERY heavily pitched towards Family Values and Togetherness. That branding looks hollow if both are in the midst of an acrimonious separation. So Contessa is definitely invested in pretending her marriage problems have gone away and everything is hunky-dory and a wonderful learning lesson. Look at how well that went for Lisa-Nicole & Darren.
