  1. Y&R is SO boring! Is anything gonna happen on this show anytime soon?
  2. I generally agree with you Soapsuds but why is Carlivati to blame? He's the writer. He's not the EP. Corday could sign Chandler to a contract which would force Carlivati to write for Will.
  3. Just WOW that someone would post that synopsis above full of grammar mistakes and misspellings. Especially from someone who claimed to be a master editor and is a stickler for detail and misspellings. It just keeps getting worse. As for Days today, ignoring the jibberish above, it was dull. The threesome thing just goes on and on. It would have been better if it just happened back when and not drawn out and talked about ad nauseum. It's not interesting. Days needs to step it up!
  4. Donna has a LONG history of creating chaos. For just 8 cents a day! I'm paying the 8 cents to Peacock to watch Days. Not to read the spam recaps that no one asked for.
  5. NBC has to be happy with the numbers with NBC News Daily. They were already airing the show on their streaming platform and now they've added 1.3 million viewers to a show they were already producing. Win win win.
  6. But we're saving 8 cents a day because the tone deaf racist who was shilling the .08 a day is now spamming the board with daily recaps that no one asks for. Why champion everyone to sign up for Peacock for only .08 a day and then proceed to spam the board with summaries that no one reads. By the way, GREAT video! And I didn't have to pay 8 cents to watch it.
  7. @TonksadoraDo you realize that you are saving us 8 cents a day?
  8. Mishael has been treated so unfairly for years. Good for her for choosing recurring. She can go out for other jobs and choose to do Y&R when they call her. I hope she lands something greater than Y&R soon. Shaking my head at how they misused her over the years.
  9. ALL this for just 8 cents a day! Well worth it. lol
  10. I just can't deal with you Tonksadora. You're all over the place. You quote yourself and tell yourself that you are wrong. You're all over the place.
  11. Cady is beyond terrible in this role. She should give back the Emmy. "Guest actress"? If she's a guest actress, why is she still on the show? A guest doesn't keep staying on the show.
  12. If Y&R and B&B is doing a crossover, why isn't it about Sheila? I couldn't care less about Nikki and Deacon. Such a waste of a potential crossover storyline.
  13. I have no idea what you're trying to say. Explain more.
  14. The numbers are embarrassing, yes, but this will probably still be more profitable to NBC, which is the bottom line. There was an article in one of the trades recently that detailed the advertising dollars between Days and GMA3 and GMA3 brought in millions of dollars more in advertising revenue than Days. News and talk are cheap to produce. Soaps aren't. The more soaps cut budgets, the more they suffer in quality and viewers tune out. I dislike Carlivati as much as the next guy, but he can't tell a coherent story because he can only use actors so many times per week because of guarantees. This is the new reality. NBC already had this show on their streaming channel so why not get a 2 for 1 and broadcast it on their flagship network. No extra cost to them and in the long run, more profitable than Days. That's the bottom line. Decision makers at the networks care about profits, not ratings. News, talk and game show shows are more profitable than soaps, unfortunately. Why else would The Talk still be on!?!?!!! It is a sad reality.
  15. I happen to like Maurice Benard. He's not wrong about young actors on GH.
  16. I just signed up for Peacock. Am watching it now. This could catch on. lol
  17. OK Peacock, you got me. I was NOT going to sign up to watch Days on Peacock but I became impressed with their promotion over the last few days and then this morning I saw Deidre Hall on Today, 3rd Hour and I became happy with NBC again. I thought that they had abandoned Days. But what made me really pull the trigger and sign up for Peacock was NBC cutting into programming so they could show us step by step the Queen's casket being walked through the streets. NBC news interruption. I realized that Days will never get interrupted again so I pulled the trigger and am watching Days' first all new episode exclusively on Peacock. I don't need to see the Queen's casket step by step to its final destination. I'd actually rather watch Days.
  18. The irony! Literally, as the final NBC broadcast of DAYS had about 1 minute to go, NBC interrupted the show to those of us who watched the show at 12 pm. Literally a minute left in the show. I understand why they interrupted the final NBC broadcast - and those of you who get the show at 1pm will see the finale as will those of you on the other time zones, hopefully.
  19. I have no idea who Tony Moore is. He will not get me to make the switch. Goodbye Days after Friday!
  20. That is not the least bit funny. Amateurish.
  21. This is not directed at you, Chris B. I get that Peacock will do promos. But what is NBC doing to help with the transition? There will be alot of lost viewers come Sept 12 because NBC is not even running a scroll across the bottom of the screen saying that Days will move to Peacock and you can sign up for $19.99 for the year. NBC could at least help out to let viewers know where and how to find Days after Sept 9. I'm being ageist here but you need more time to let the older viewers understand how to maneuver to Peacock. NBC has done nothing to help this along. They seem done with Days and are not doing anything to help the move to Peacock.
  22. Oh god, Donna's at it again. NBC should let their viewers know where to find Days after it leaves the network. NBC needs to let the viewers know that Days will move to Peacock on Sept 12. Screencapping Peacock isn't going to alert the NBC viewers who have no idea what Peacock is or how to find it.
  23. Hope can't recognize disguised Sheila? Soaps have become so dumbed down.
  24. Where are the promos that Days is moving to Peacock soon? This has been handled so poorly which will not be good for Days in the long run! From the timing of the announcement, about a month before the big move, to radio silence at first and now no promotion. This will be the end of Days. How are regular NBC network viewers going to know about the move?
  25. It would seem that Elaine was quite sad in these scenes, having been blindsided that she was fired.
