  1. Caitlin Reilly fits right in with the cast.. and part of me hopes she sticks around for a few additional episodes.
  2. TPTB just dismantled that family so much that, by the end, they barely resembled the ensemble they once were... and I'm not even talking about the casting changes.
  3. I found Sunset Beach online, and found it quite unique for an American daytime soap opera. Then, episodes were deleted, so I went to Santa Barbara, and when I re-visited Sunset Beach it was a complete night-and-day of my original views of it.
  4. I started binging Dallas last year or even the year prior on Prime... and had to stop the season after Pamela got killed off. Not because she was killed off, but, because the vibe of the series just.... changed overall.
  5. For me, the Lockridge family were horribly mishandled, especially given they were kind of the adversaries of the Capwells.
  6. That blows. Was going to reach out to said-user to try and gain access, but, guess that isn't happening.
  7. Not while Bradley Bell is executive producer and head writer... which means I'll likely never tune back in.
  8. In watching scenes from the storyline, I am so intrigued by it, because it was dark and just seemed incredibly different for The Bold and the Beautiful.
  9. Another World and Santa Barbara were two completely different soaps in my eyes.
  10. It would've been fantastic; the storyline kind of just dipped out all of a sudden, which is so unfortunate.
  11. Her new song is so beautiful and I am very excited for her documentary dropping tomorrow!
  12. Well sh*t... my tearducts are going already, and I didn't even watch General Hospital during this time. But... whoa! I'mma need Sean Kanan back! Whatta stud!
  13. Alan is definitely a niche interviewer. Sticks to a format that I don't believe he likes to break. I remember when people used to cuss, and his heart would stop as if he'd never heard the word before.
  14. Iconic moment. And the guard in the back? Such a delayed over-arm reaction. But you can tell Colleen Zenk was having a BALL!
  15. Judging from her social media she is not a Tr*mp supporter at all. https://www.instagram.com/p/CHTBvh1FCKo/ https://www.instagram.com/p/CFzkTPEFntv/
  16. Dorit? Likable? Ha. Those two things don't belong together in the same sentence.
  17. Shame more are not watching General Hospital when it is ten-times better than anything CBS has produced for the past two-years.
  18. Carrington Garland was amazing as Kelly, based on clips I've seen, and is most definitely the best Kelly. Am still on Robin Wright's portrayal (currently on SB 828), and look forward to seeing everyone else. However, the Dobsons' decision to recast, for me, further proves they made some absolute sh*t casting decisions during their tenures as executive producers. The true demise of the Perkins family was the Dobsons' decision to recast the role of Joe from Dane Witherspoon to Mark Arnold. It is my belief had Ross Kettle auditioned with an American accent, at least visually, he would have worked better for the role of Joe than Arnold did. Kerry Sherman was fantastic as Amy Perkins, and they really did do her wrong in the role. Jade, along with Danny Andrade, felt like toys to play the Laken-Ted storyline, which again went nowhere, especially once Julie Ronnie exited as Laken. We did see the Andrade home in November 1984, when the earthquake hit, and it was supposedly damaged; other than that, we never saw the set. You can view it here, thanks to Santa Barbara Online. For me, the lack of interest in the Andrade family came from the fact the Dobsons played on the trope of Latin families being "the help" for a rich, white family, which is unfortunate. Not to mention, dropping the Brandon storyline where Santana was concerned (also brought on by horrible Santana mis-recastings) derailed the family. If Santa Barbara were rebooted in 2021, I would love to see Brandon try and take his stake claim in the Capwell family, re-igniting the feud between Santana, Gina and the Capwells. YES YES YES! To me, Ava Lazar was the unconventional soap actor, which is why she fit perfectly in the role. With each recast, they kept trying to find that typical soap actor, and a more "Latin presence," and it backfired, because it lacked the role and did the character a disservice. Margaret Michaels began to genuinely fit as Santana by the end of her tenure in the role, but, the Dobsons (lol they've gotta stop) wanted Gina Gallego from the start (even prior to Lazar's casting), so when they landed her, they took her and ran. I'm not saying Gallego was not a good actor... but I really did not like her take on the role. Turning Santana into a Cruz-obsessed, drug-addicted mess was such a disservice. The missing Andrade sisters: Olivia and Gabriella, were again missed opportunities to really bring forth some incredible family development.
  19. Did Leah openly support Tr*mp? How did I miss this? I tried getting down to Salem when they were there, but, couldn't do it. Plus, I doubt I would've been able to run into them.
  20. See, I enjoy Leah... as for this so-called "campaign" against Heather, I cannot entirely blame her. Luann is equally as guilty.. as is Ramona. They're all in it to set up a confrontation with Heather, who is also not innocent at all.
