  1. Same here. Something else I found fascinating was that during this time period, GH's writing team was helmed by three different married couples. (Are the Cullitons the only married couple currently writing in daytime?)
  2. @vetsoapfan, what did you think of Gerald Gordon as a romantic lead on GH? What was the Mark Dante character like in comparison to Nick Bellini of TD? Did they just not find the right leading lady for him? I really couldn't tell from the few grainy clips I found on YouTube. It seems for all the fanfare he had coming in to GH, he would have been there for a long time. Was it just a wrong fit?
  3. This is true, and also why I cited Frank Valentini upthread. When everyone is on that set, be it cast or crew, he is accountable to all of them. The actors have to be unmasked on camera. It's horrible that those for vaccinations have to worry about their health while they film a scene. Ingo and those like-minded are all about wrapping themselves in their First Amendment rights. Too bad they don't care about the First Amendment rights of others.
  4. I disagree that RC is overrated. I saw very little of her as Lorna, but her work as Skye was very nuanced. I'm still upset that RC lost the 2003 Supporting Actress Emmy to Vanessa Marcil.
  5. Kimberly McCullough to Ingo: https://www.google.com/amp/s/daytimeconfidential.com/.amp/2021/08/27/gh-alum-kimberly-mccullough-to-ingo-rademacher-you-betta-check-yourself-before-ya-wreck-yourself

  7. Same here!! 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿
  8. I think Dylan broke into Kelly's room, ranting and raving. He fell out of an open window. Nick didn't know what or who to believe. That's how I remember it, but I haven't seen it in ages. Anyone who remembers it better, feel free to correct me.
  9. Whoa! I have always wondered why Jon-Erik Hexum never got a continuing gig on a Spelling show.
  10. No, but he’s probably the most outspoken at this point. If things keep going this way, I can see the people who are for masks/vaccinations declaring GH a hostile work environment and possibly filing lawsuits.
  11. He did, and according to Ilene Kristen in the RH episode of The Locher Room, Roy Poole almost got the role of Johnny. He would play Neil MacCurtain nearly a decade later.
  12. The best part was Kelly seeing a vision of the first psycho in her life, Peter Flint, after Dylan fell out that window!!
  13. Doesn't the buck at GH stop with Frank Valentini? Where's he been throughout this? No matter his beliefs, he has an obligation to employees like NLG who do not feel safe in this environment. It's not a level playing field - and it's not fair.
  14. Once again, I am thankful that I don't have children. I'd be livid if I was one of those parents. 😡😡😡😡😡
  15. The GH vaccination controversy has inspired a Deadline article: https://www.google.com/amp/s/deadline.com/2021/08/general-hospital-ingo-rademacher-covid-vaccine-steve-burton-nancy-lee-grahn-1234823321/amp/
  16. I do, too. She's a class act.
  17. You're right on about the "top down" hierarchy. It is sad, but inevitable. 😢
  18. Y&R is mentioned in this recent article about the problems in the Time's Up Movement: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.chicagotribune.com/entertainment/what-to-watch/ct-ent-soured-promise-of-times-up-20210823-hmvua3vvund7zptd3pihzb76rq-story.html%3foutputType=amp
  19. Especially because Rachel Ames did such a fantastic job when Audrey learned what had happened to Liz. Her sharp rebuke of Sarah to back off because she didn't know what it felt like would have fit in perfectly with that type of affliction. Audrey was already in denial.
  20. 😳😳😳😳😳
  21. Good for her!! They should make her the EP.
  22. This is Exhibit A of why I rarely peruse social media anymore.
  23. Ironically, that's how her story with Luke began. Eleanor decided to use her wealth and her time volunteering to help Hope Memorial. I believe she was putting together a benefit of some sort and was teamed up with Luke, who would do the artwork (fliers, banners, etc.). That was sometime in 1976.
