Was the storyline involving GH's Felicia and her daughters in summer 1997 with a mysterious doll(s) supposed to end differently? It seemed to be heading for a sinister turn, and then it had a very abrupt and happy end. To me, that counted as a dropped storyline.

It's a great bible, and such fun to see what this original vision ended up so different on TV.

Even before Sharon's exit, it wasn't the same show. I miss the ladies dishing around the table. The magic has long been gone and adding a man as a full time co-host is the final nail in the coffin. Thanks for posting the recaps. It's especially fun since TD has been on Retro and being able to see everything that has been recapped. I think Lauren White is one of the great underrated soap performers of all time. Her MJ had chemistry with everybody - love interests, friends, family and colleagues. Her warmth and quirkiness were really missed when she decided to leave the show in 1978. The role was recast three times and none came close to LW.
