    Iris is stopped from committing murder
    ROOM
    Amanda and Cameron are being held prisoner in this room and they hug tightly, then Amanda slaps him.
    Amanda: Why did you leave?
    Cameron: Come on Amanda, I’ve been here most of the time.
    Amanda: Did Evan kidnap you?
    Cameron: After I was onto him.

    THE NEXT ROOM
    Jake is with Sharlene.
    Jake: Sharlene are you okay?
    Sharlene: I’m fine. How did you get here?
    Jake: Frankie came searching for her natural mother.
    Sharlene: And that lead you here?
    Jake: Yeah.
    Sharlene: Evan is behind it all. Grant’s shooting, Dr. Taylor’s and Joe Carlino’s murder.
    Jake: I wonder what other surprises Evan has in store for us.

    CORY MANSION
    Elizabeth: Cory have you forgotten that Iris tried to have dad killed? She hired a hit man.
    Cory: To SCARE him. Evan is the one who put real bullets in the gun.
    Elizabeth: So that makes it okay right?
    Cory: Think about it. Would you want mom to marry a guy who tried to kill her?
    Elizabeth: That’s not the point.
    Cory: It IS the point! Dad wasn’t always the doting father that you thought he was, and it’s time you faced that!

    Cameron: We figured everything out.
    Amanda: That Evan was plotting revenge. He started that before you even came to Bay City.
    Cameron: Joe and I were on to him, and Evan found out somehow, and shot Joe dead.
    Amanda: Why didn’t you tell me?
    Cameron: Because I didn’t want to put you in danger. I’d rather you hate me and we be apart than to know I’ve put you in harm’s way.
    He puts his hands on Amanda’s cheeks


    Cameron: Do you know how much I love you?
    Amanda: Cameron…
    Cameron: He forced me to sign those papers. I didn’t want to divorce you.
    Amanda: Stop talking and make love to me.

    Sharlene: Where’s Frankie?
    Jake: I’m worried about her. I don’t know what he’s done with her.

    Jake: Then Evan confirmed it.
    Sharlene: How would Evan know….it’s Janice. Janice is Frankie’s mother

    Elizabeth: You’re gonna stop talking about my father like that.
    Cory: I’m not saying he didn’t love us, and that I didn’t love him, because I did, but you’ve got to face the fact that he did some horrible things to mom and other people.
    Elizabeth: I don’t wanna hear it! Dad was the best dad in the world, and NOTHING you or that bitch Iris says will change my mind about him!

    Iris: It stands to reason. You are truly a demon spawn. Carl and Janice were two very evil people.
    Evan: And you’re the angelic paragon. Where’s your halo?

    Evan: Look I get that you hate Rachel, but you’re not gonna kill my father to get back at her.
    Iris: You hate Rachel just as much as I do.
    Evan: You tried to kill him before.
    Iris: I wanted to scare him. You replaced the blanks with real bullets.
    Evan (turning around and looking at Carl): That was before I found out he was my father. I just want to help him get better.
    Iris: I can’t believe what I’m hearing right now.
    Iris walks out and Evan right behind her, and suddenly…
    “Rachel…Rachel.” Carl weakly calls out.

    The mystery patient is revealed!
    HUDSONS HOUSE
    Gregory wheels himself to the door and opens it.
    Gregory: Lindsay? You okay?
    Lindsay (wiping tears from her eyes): No.
    Gregory: Come in.

    One of the guards shoves Amanda into a room, and she’s shocked by what she sees.
    Amanda: Oh my God! Cameron!

    Jake is shoved into a room with Sharlene, who is groggy from the heavy sedation she has received.
    Jake: Sharlene?
    He shakes her.
    Jake: Sharlene wake up.
    Sharlene: Jake?

    CORY MANSION
    Elizabeth is watching television while Cory is on the computer.
    Elizabeth: I feel so horrible accusing Mr. Blake of having the hots for mom.
    Cory: Poor Felicia. To lose her husband and she just got married.
    Elizabeth: He really looked out for us on prom night. He was a good guy.
    Cory keeps thinking back when Iris told him about Carl.
    Elizabeth: Seeing Mitch die in the hospital that reminded me of when dad passed away.
    Cory: Hey…did you ever think about what Iris said about dad?
    Elizabeth: I haven’t given it a second thought because she’s an evil witch and she hates our parents.
    Cory: I asked mom about it and she tried to sidestep my questions.
    Elizabeth: Don’t tell me you’re feeding in to what that bitch said. Dad loved us both, and I miss him. I wish he was still with us

    Iris walks into a room, and up to the mystery patient, who is hooked up to a respirator.
    Iris: Finally…the moment I’ve been waiting YEARS for.

    Evan is with Frankie.
    Frankie: I…I can’t believe this. You’re lying. This is all a lie.
    Evan: Emma carried mom’s eggs inside of her.
    Frankie: He’s not our father. That can’t be.
    Evan gives her a DNA test result.
    Evan: Here. This proves it.
    Frankie: This is your DNA, not mine.
    Evan: It IS yours.
    Frankie: That’s only possible with twins…you’re my twin brother!
    Evan: We were conceived at the same time, but she could only carry one of us to term, so they implanted one of her eggs in Aunt Emma, and Janice carried me.
    Frankie: Why are you doing this? Why did you kidnap Aunt Sharlene?
    Evan: She knows too much.
    Frankie: Janice and Sharlene were close. She wouldn’t want you to do this. You’ve got to let them go.
    Evan: I CAN’T Frankie.
    Frankie: I can help you, but you’ve got to put an end to this.
    Evan: Don’t you worry. I am.
    Frankie: What are you going to do? Where are you taking me?
    Evan: You’re gonna stay in my suite until I can find out what to do next.
    The car stops and a man with a gun opens the door.
    Evan: Take her.

    HUDSONS HOUSE
    Gregory: What’s wrong?
    Lindsay: Mitch Blake just passed away.
    Gregory: What? Wow.
    Lindsay: It was so sad. I regret it…
    Gregory: Regret what? Is it about your mom?
    Lindsay: I never should have told you about that.
    Gregory: My mom’s missing and it’s tearing me apart. If you can contact your mom then you should.
    Lindsay: I can’t…and it’s killing me.
    Gregory: You can’t…or you won’t.
    Lindsay: Look do you have some water?
    Gregory: In the kitchen.
    Lindsay goes in the kitchen, and Greg props himself up using the arm of the couch, and takes a step, but quickly falls to the floor. Lindsay comes back into the living room with a glass of water, and rushes to Gregory.
    Lindsay (kneeling down): Are you okay?
    Gregory and Lindsay make eye contact, and kiss.

    Cory: He did some pretty horrible things to mom and Mac.
    Elizabeth: I can’t believe what I’m hearing. Iris hated dad. Of course she’s gonna say those things about him!
    Cory: She had good reason.
    Elizabeth: She tried to have him killed!
    Cory: He kidnapped mom and dad more than once, and tried to kill Mac.
    Elizabeth: Are you saying dad was some type of monster? He wasn’t a monster to us. He loved us!
    Cory: When I asked mom about it she acted as though she didn’t want to talk about it. Why would mom marry a guy who did those things to her? Makes you really wonder doesn’t it?

    HOSPITAL ROOM
    Iris is pacing while talking to the mystery patient…
    Iris: Rachel has sold my father’s company…MY father’s company. It belongs to MAC’S children! All she’s ever done was come between me and my daddy’s relationship, and lonnnnng after my dad dies, she’s STILL trying to keep my daddy’s company away from me!
    She walks up closer to the patient…Carl Hutchins!
    Iris: Don’t get me started on you! Oh a brain tumor was too kind of a punishment for you! You tried to kill my father AND Rachel and she was STUPID enough to MARRY you, and the two of you have DESTROYED what my father built! You belong in HELL!
    Iris bends down to unplug the respirator….and Evan grabs her wrist.
    Evan: I’m not gonna let you kill my father!

    Frankie’s world is turned upside down
    ROOM
    Two men hold guns to Jake and Frankie, and Amanda is brought in by another armed guard, who pushes her toward Jake and Frankie. Evan, walks in behind them, and puts his cell phone in his pocket, as he has just called Grant for another payment.
    Evan: The gang’s all here.
    Amanda: He shot Mitch Blake!
    Frankie: What’s going on here?
    Jake: It all makes sense now. You’re avenging your mother’s death. You’re trying to get back at everyone who you think caused it.
    Evan: You sure study your history don’t you McKinnon? You should study about how to fix your crumbling family. Instead you’re here with Frankie.
    Evan slowly walks toward Frankie, who is distraught.
    Evan: Getting any of your little premonitions? They must be stronger than ever huh?
    Frankie: Aunt Sharlene is here isn’t she?
    Evan (shaking his head): You’re so smart. Take Jake and Amanda away. I want to speak to Frankie.
    The guards obey Evan’s instruction. One armed guard stays with Evan and Frankie.
    Frankie: What is this all about? We’re family.
    Evan: You’re so right. We ARE family. I’ll make a deal with you. I’ll let you go free…if you help me.
    Frankie: Help you? Do what?
    Evan: Avenge our mother’s death.
    Frankie: Emma just passed away.
    Evan: NO SIS…Rachel KILLED our mother over thirty years ago…right here.
    Frankie (stunned): Aunt Janice…is my biological mother? Oh my God.
    Evan: Our father is still alive though. I can take you to him.

    POLICE STATION
    Jack and Toni are in Jack’s office when John walks in.
    Jack: Thanks for coming.
    John: Any leads on Sharlene?
    Toni: We’re close.
    Jack: Just wanted to let you know that you’re off the hook for Dr. Taylor’s murder.
    John: I know I didn’t do it. I just want to find my wife.
    Jack: We have witnesses that saw your wife being carried into a car, and the time.
    Toni: And other witnesses say that they saw that same car at the airport around thirty minutes later.
    John: That’s about how long it takes to get there from our house.
    Toni: As soon as we get the FAA itineraries that were filed that day, we should know exactly where she was taken.
    Jack’s cell phone rings.
    Jack: Excuse me I gotta take this phone call.
    John: Gregory and I are worried sick about her.
    Toni: Don’t worry John. We’re gonna find her.
    An officer walks in with a bag of evidence.
    Officer: Lieutenant this is from the church.
    Toni: Thank you.
    John: Church?
    Toni: Mitch Blake was shot.
    John: At his wedding? Oh my God Felicia!
    Toni immediately notices something among the evidence.
    Toni: The same bullet casing. This killer’s got to be stopped.

    Allen and Nicole have a reunion but realize they must move.
    Allen: Where are you staying?
    Nicole: At Cass’s.
    Allen: That’s a very bad idea. That’s probably the first place that Reginald is gonna come looking for you.
    Nicole: He’s already been.
    Allen: I was on my way to meet Rachel. You stay here. Don’t go anywhere.
    Allen opens the door…and there’s Reginald.
    Reginald: Wow…it’s a family reunion, and nobody invited me.

    Jack is outside of his office on his cell phone.
    Jack: Yes there’s a lot going on in Bay City. They definitely got me busy. (beat)


    Vicky walks up to a close distance from Jack as he continues his conversation.
    Jack: I’m probably gonna stay in Bay City tonight. (beat) Tell Sage that we’re gonna go to the zoo this weekend. (beat) I know I was supposed to take her tomorrow but she understands that I have to work, and so do you Carly. (beat) Tell her I love her, and I love you, too.
    Vicky decides to walk away, but Jack turns around and notices as he hangs up his cell phone.
    Jack: Vicky. Wait.
    Vicky: Looks like you’re busy. I didn’t want to interrupt.
    Jack: No, not at all. I could use a break and I’m hungry. Would you mind joining me for a quick dinner?
    Vicky: Umm….sure.

    ALLEN’S HOTEL ROOM
    Reginald walks in.
    Reginald: Three generations of Love.
    Nicole: In name only, because there’s no LOVE lost here.
    Allen: I’m not letting you take my mother away again.
    Reginald: You both are fiercely protective of one another, being that Nicole never even raised you.
    Nicole: Because of YOU! You took my baby away from me!
    Reginald: Maybe I should get the men in white coats again. You act as if I did a disservice to you.
    Nicole: You paid Clayton Montgomery to take him away!
    Reginald: You were only sixteen years old. That’s way too young to raise a baby!
    Nicole: You cared about your reputation more than me.
    Reginald: Your reckless, thoughtless behavior would have cost us everything. I had to act.
    Allen: My father told me that she didn’t want me. I knew it couldn’t have been true. Was that part of the deal grandpa?
    Reginald: What do you care now Allen? You found your mother. She loves you, doesn’t she? I’m not gonna let you two have your reunion. Enjoy it while it lasts.
    Allen: You’re not putting her back in Pinehaven! I won’t let you!
    Reginald: I don’t plan to, but just know, I can make that happen in one phone call. Nicole will be right back in the loony bin.
    Nicole: You forced my son to be a mole in Cory Publishing. You better get him off of these charges!
    Reginald: Or what? You’re gonna tell the police. One look at your mental history and nobody will believe you.
    Nicole: How can you do this to him?
    Reginald: He did to himself…protecting you.
    Reginald walks out.

    Felicia is surrounded by her loved ones
    HOSPITAL
    Cass, Rachel, Lorna, and Paulina sit with a distraught Felicia on a chair.
    Felicia (in tears): Why Cass? What have I done?
    Cass: This is not your fault.
    Paulina: I know how you feel.
    Felicia: Oh…my God I’m so sorry. Maybe you should take the kids home.
    Rachel: I’m gonna go check on mine.
    Paulina: Can I get you anything?
    Felicia: This must be dredging up memories for you. Why don’t you take Dante home? I don’t want you to have re-live Joe’s death again.
    Paulina: It’s okay. I’m fine.
    Cass: Where is Dante?
    Paulina: I’m gonna go see about him, too.
    Felicia: Where’s Charlie?
    Cass: I don’t want to leave you alone.
    Lorna: I’ll stay with her.

    Charlie is sitting in a corner by herself, crying…and Kirkland appears, and pulls her into his arms.
    Charlie: This is so sad. Poor Felicia.
    Kirkland: I know.
    Charlie: I don’t know what I’d do if I lost my mom. Makes my anger toward her seem so petty.
    Kirkland: You wanna make amends with her?
    Charlie: I called her but her phone went straight to voicemail. It made me realize how much I really love my mom. Whatever you have against your dad, let it go Kirkland. I know deep down you love him, just like I love my mom.
    Kirkland: It’s an emotional time for all of us.
    Charlie: As soon as I see my mom again I’m gonna end this stupid little grudge I have against her. I’m gonna tell her I love her.

    Paulina’s eyes well up with tears and someone touches her on the shoulder.
    Grant: I got here as soon as I heard.
    Paulina leans into Grant’s chest and he holds her while she cries.

    Cory: I know. It all seems so similar.
    Elizabeth: Who could have done this?
    Cory: You’re gonna miss giving him trouble about mom?
    Elizabeth: He was a nice man.
    Cory: He looked out for mom after dad died.
    Elizabeth: I really thought that he was in love with mom, but he really did love Felicia.
    Rachel and Matt walk in.
    Matt: You guys okay?
    Cory: As fine as can be expected I guess.
    Rachel: Matthew can you take your brother and sister home please?
    Matt: Sure mom.
    Elizabeth: I need to get outta here.
    Rachel calls Amanda’s cell phone and it goes right to voicemail.
    Rachel: Amanda this is your mother. Where are you? You didn’t come back after you left the church area. I’m worried. Call me please.

    Paulina: This reminds me of Joe. When we lost him.
    Grant: I can imagine that it would bring back those memories.
    Paulina: I need to go.
    Dante walks up to them.
    Dante: Mom?
    Paulina: Hi honey. We’re gonna leave.
    Grant: I can have my driver take you home. He’s waiting outside.
    Paulina: Okay. Let’s go Dante.
    Paulina and Dante leave and Grant answers his cell phone.
    Grant: Yes.
    Evan (on the other line): Soon-to-be-mayor Harrison. Do you need anymore sympathy votes?
    Grant: What the hell do you want?
    Evan: Come on is that any way to greet me? You need me, well I need you now.
    Grant: I gave you everything you asked for.
    Evan: Well now I’m asking for more. I expect a deposit within twenty four hours.
    Evan hangs up before Grant can utter another word.
    Grant: He’s going to bleed me dry, and I’m gonna put a stop to it.

    CASS, CHARLIE, and KIRKLAND
    Cass: Honey are you okay?
    Charlie (with tears in her eyes): I’m fine dad.
    Cass: Doesn’t look like it.
    Charlie: I need to find mom.
    Cass: I have no idea where she might be. Wait a minute. She said something about St. Croix.
    Charlie: Vacation?
    Cass: I can’t get into details right now. Where’s your cousin?
    Charlie: Lindsay left without saying a word.
    Cass: Do you want to make up with Frankie?
    Charlie: It’s time for me to let it go.
    Cass: Why don’t you go home? I’ll be there shortly.
    Charlie: Do you want me to be there with Nicole?
    Cass: Nicole’s not gonna hurt you.
    Kirkland: I’ll make sure she stays safe.
    Cass: Thank you Kirkland. I’m gonna check on Felicia.
    Cass kisses Charlie on her forehead and tells her he loves her.

    FELICIA AND LORNA
    Felicia: This is the third time. I’ve loved a man and he’s died.
    Lorna: But you can’t give up mom. Mitch wouldn’t want you to do that.
    Felicia: Mitch is the one I’ve loved the longest.
    Lorna: Even longer than my father?
    Felicia: Just a little bit longer, but it was different with Mitch. There was a ying and a yang with us. Your father’s love was more of a long lost love rekindled. I was married to Mitch the first time before I found your father again. I’m gonna miss him.
    Lorna: Well I’m not going anywhere. I’m gonna help you get through this.
    Lorna wraps her arms around Felicia.

    Donna is there with Marley sitting on the living room couch.
    Donna: So how are you and Tyrone doing?
    Marley: We’ve never been better.
    Donna: That’s wonderful. You know Toni Burrell is back in town. She’s investigating Dr. Taylor’s murder.
    Marley: Hope she finds whoever did it. He was a great therapist.
    Donna: I know you were seeing him.
    Marley: He really helped me.
    Tyrone walks in and makes eye contact with Donna, thinking about when Donna was blotting his shirt…
    Marley: Hi honey.
    Tyrone: My brother’s also here.
    Marley: Your brother? You’ve never said much about him.
    Tyrone: He goes by Allen Lovett.
    Donna: You can take the “tt” off of his last name. His birth name is Allen Love.
    Marley: Donna, what are you saying?
    Donna: Nicole wrote me letters while she was in Pinehaven. Allen is Nicole’s son. She had him when she was sixteen.

    Allen calls someone on his cell phone.
    Allen: Rachel I know I’m the last person you want to talk to but I’m very concerned about Amanda. I haven’t heard from her.
    Rachel (at the hospital): Allen this really isn’t a good time.
    Allen: I’m…I’m worried about her.
    Rachel: I’ll tell you the truth…I am, too. I haven’t heard from her since the wedding and I am very concerned. Mitch was shot and he’s critical.
    Someone knocks on the door at Allen’s room.
    Allen: The shooter might also have Amanda. I’ve gotta go.
    He opens the door and gets a huge surprise.
    Allen: Mom?
    Nicole: Hi honey!

    Charlie walks up to Cass with a cup of coffee.
    Charlie: Need this dad?
    Cass: Thank you honey, but I don’t need any more coffee.
    Charlie: How’s Felicia?
    Cass: Not good. She’s in the room with Mitch.
    Charlie: Dad, can I ask you something?
    Cass: Anything honey.
    Charlie: Can you tell me about that lady that stayed at the house?
    Cass: Nicole? Do you really wanna know?
    Charlie: Yes. Don’t leave anything out

    Felicia sits at his bedside with Matt and Lorna walk in.
    Lorna: Any change mom?
    Felicia: No.
    Matt: Mom’s outside. Do you want her to come in?

    Matt: Do you need anything?
    Felicia: No honey. Thank you.
    Mitch wakes up.
    Mitch: Let them help you Mrs. Blake.
    Felicia (elated): Mitch!
    Mitch: Is everybody here?
    Felicia: We’re here. We’re all here.
    Mitch: Tell everybody to come in.

    The pilot announces that they are about to land.

    Rachel: We won’t really know until the doctors finish stabilizing him.

    Evan takes out a tablet and opens up a newspaper article about Mitch and Felicia’s wedding. “I have a wedding to attend.” He says.

    Jack: Dr. Hudson said he was at home.


    Toni: Grant's alibi checked out.


    Jack: So did John's. I checked with the hospital staff, and neighbors. They said he had gone home. It was also around the time of Dr. Taylor's murder.


    Toni: So we're back to square one.


    Jack: Not exactly.


    Toni: You've got something?


    Jack: The killer made a mistake. Another camera's footage caught someone going into Dr. Taylor's office, and then about twenty minutes later, this person's walking out with a laptop, and a folder.


    Toni: Dr. Taylor's laptop.


    Jack: And more than likely Sharlene's psychotherapy notes. That's the killer.


    Toni: Can you make anything out of it?


    Jack: Not really. I'm having CSI comb the area again.


    A person with a lab coat walks in.


    Jack: What do you got?


    Person: We did a trace on the shell casing found at the murder scene.


    Toni: What about it?


    Person: It's not made in America.


    Jack: Well did you find out where it's from?


    Person: Not yet sir.


    Toni: Don't come back until you can tell us where that bullet was purchased from. There was no use of you even comin' in here tellin' us.

    John: He was treating her, and I didn’t want her to remember.

    John: Grant was shot a few years ago, and Joe Carlino was murdered, and I didn’t want her ever to remember.
    Jack: She knows who the shooter is?
    John: It was buried in her subconscious, and I pleaded with Dr. Taylor to make sure she doesn’t remember.
    Jack: Why would you even want that?
    John: Because it’s probably the reason why she’s missing, and the reason Dr. Taylor is dead. You’re barking up the wrong tree. I didn’t kill Dr. Taylor, and whoever’s responsible for his death, may also have my wife.

    Sharlene: What plan? What are you talking about?
    Evan: I’m finishing what I started years ago…when I first came to Bay City.
    Sharlene: Revenge?
    Evan: That’s it! My mother should not have died, and everyone who turned on her is going to pay. Don’t you want justice for your sister?
    Sharlene: She was plotting to kill Mac Cory. What does Grant have to do with this anyway? He had nothing with Janice’s death.
    Evan: My plan was going to cost me, and he’s got money.
    Sharlene: Whatever it is you’re planning you’ve got to stop it before someone else gets hurt. If you let me go, I can help you.
    Evan (taking out a pair of handcuffs): No can do Auntie. I’m GOING to finish what I started, and you, Dr. Taylor, Joe Carlino are NOT going to stop me.
    Sharlene: Dr. Taylor? You killed my therapist, too?
    Evan orders Sharlene to handcuff herself to the bedpost, and takes out a needle.

    Jake, dressed in a shirt, slacks, and tie, walks up to the receptionist, an older woman with a lab coat on. Frankie hides unseen close by.
    Jake: Hi.
    Receptionist: Umm…hello?
    Jake: Can you tell me where the Human Resources office is? I was supposed to have an interview today.
    Receptionist (curious): For which position?
    Jake: Security.
    Receptionist: Oh. That’s on the fifth floor. The elevators are right down the hall.
    Jake: Oh can you show me where the stairs are?
    Receptionist: You’re gonna take the stairs?
    Jake: I’m claustrophobic and…I can’t ride elevators.
    Receptionist: The stairs are right next to the elevators.
    Jake: I’m sorry…I have no sense of direction whatsoever. Can you walk me to the stairs?
    Receptionist: I can’t leave this desk sir.
    Jake: Come on it will only take five minutes.
    Receptionist: Look I told you where they were. I can’t leave the desk.
    Jake: Well then let me speak to your supervisor.
    Receptionist: No…no…I’m already on a written warning, and one more complaint and I could be fired.
    Jake: I won’t complain if you walk me to those stairs.
    The receptionist gets up and walks out of the office with Jake, but leaves her computer up, and Frankie quickly runs in and brings up the account number on the bill that Allen had, but it does not tell her the name of the occupant. “Room 1030.” She says.

    Tyrone: You’ve been in Bay City all this time and you haven’t bothered to contact me til now. Why?
    Allen: Because you’re gonna help me beat these charges.

    Reginald: Well not careful enough apparently.
    Allen: After all I’ve done for you, you’re gonna just leave me here?
    Reginald: Why should I help you, when I don’t have any guarantees, except that your mother will stay at where she is.
    Allen: I’ve done everything you’ve asked! Now let her out! You and I both know she’s not sick, and she shouldn’t even be staying in that hospital.
    Reginald: Well then you better keep quiet about my involvement, because if you don’t, your mother will NEVER get out of Pinehaven.

    PINEHAVEN HOSPITAL
    Frankie, disguised as part of the cleaning crew, and they head right for Room 1030. She encounters a big, burly orderly in front of the room.
    Frankie: I need to clean.
    Orderly: I’ve never seen you before.
    Frankie: I started recently.
    Orderly: How come we weren’t told? Only certain people are allowed near this room.
    Frankie: I’m sorry if you weren’t informed in a timely manner, but they did tell me to clean this room.
    Orderly: I’m gonna check. I’ll be right back, and don’t go in there.
    When the orderly leaves, Frankie uses the master key she stole with the uniform, opens the door, and walks in.
    Frankie: Nobody’s here.
    She notices something on the bed. They’re newspaper clippings of Allen’s arrest.
    Frankie: Whoever this person is, they must have gone to Bay City.
    The orderly returns…
    Orderly: I thought I told you not to come in here! You’re in big trouble.

    Donna: Making my daughter happy. I just came from seeing Victoria, and she says she wants work things out with Jake. I’m so glad you’ve been there for Marley.
    Tyrone: She’s been staying with Vicky, and I miss her, but I understand that she wants to be there for her sister.
    Donna: Thanks to you, this is the happiest I’ve seen Marley. It warms my heart to know that my daughter is being taken care of by such a wonderful man.
    Tyrone: Done with your tea?
    Donna: Yes thank you.
    As Donna is giving Tyrone the cup, she accidentally spills some on his shirt.
    Donna: Oh! I'm So sorry. Let me get that.
    Donna grabs a napkin and blots the stain, which is near an unbuttoned part of his shirt, exposing part of his hard chest. As Donna blots near this unbuttoned part, she blots slowly, and she and Tyrone make eye contact, as if they’re in a trance, then Tyrone’s cell phone rings, snapping them out of it.
    Tyrone: I…I gotta….
    Donna: Get that.
    Tyrone (answering the cell phone): Tyrone Montgomery? Who is it? Okay…I’ll be right there.
    Donna: What was that?
    Tyrone: I’m going down to the station.
    Donna: Is everything alright?
    Tyrone: Apparently somebody wants me to represent them, but they won’t tell me who it is.

    Donna: Victoria I hate seeing you like this. You and Jake love each other, and you need each other more than ever.
    Vicky: I bet.
    Vicky pauses for a moment and asks about Bridget.
    Donna: She’s fine. She loves you and she misses you, just like you love her and miss her, too.
    Vicky: I don’t know to handle her.
    Donna: That’s where Jake comes in. You and him need to figure that out together.
    Vicky: I do miss him Donna, and my daughter.
    Donna: Let her move back in. That will be the start of you two working things out.

    Frankie: This job is all I’ve got. My daughter isn’t speaking to me, and Emma tells me I’m not her daughter.
    Jake: She’s your mother in every way that counts.
    Frankie: Of course she is. I’m always gonna think of her that way, but it still stings.
    Jake: Well then you going with me to Pinehaven will be a great way to get your mind off of it.
    Frankie: I should go and give Rachel a hug.
    Jake: Rachel’s paying us handsomely. Good distraction from everything that’s happened.
    Frankie: My heart goes out to you and Vicky. I can’t begin to imagine what it’s like to lose a child.
    Jake: I’m probably gonna lose Vicky, too. She sent Bridget to live with Donna.
    Frankie: I saw what happened at the memorial. Jake I’m so sorry. Vicky has to know that you’re hurting, too.
    Jake: It doesn’t seem that way.
    Frankie: I hope you two work it out.

    They hug, and that’s when a hopeful Vicky arrives, but when she sees Jake and Frankie in an embrace, she turns around and leaves disappointed.

    Amanda walks in. Allen shuts the door, and they hug and kiss.

    Suddenly, someone bangs on the door. “Open up! Police!”

    Officer: Lieutenant, this is weird.
    Toni: True.
    Officer: There’s no computer…
    Toni: I don’t see any signs of struggle here.
    Officer (giving her a baggy): We got this bullet casing. It appears Dr. Taylor was shot to death.
    Toni: You keep looking here for anything else. I’m gonna bring it to the station for testing. This may give us a lead.
    Officer: One more thing. We grabbed the psychotherapy files from all the patients. Sharlene Hudson’s file is the only one that doesn’t contain any notes.
    Toni: Hmm so whoever killed Dr. Taylor took his computer and Sharlene’s notes. Why?

    Toni is at her desk reviewing some evidence found at Dr. Taylor’s office, when a person from forensics walks in.
    Person: Welcome back Lt. Burrell.
    Toni: Good to be back. What have you got?
    Person: We ran tests on the bullet casing found in the office. It matched.
    Toni: Let me see the report. This is the unsolved case isn’t it? The same casings were found in the Bay City Center on the day that Joe Carlino was killed.
    Person: And the day Grant was shot.
    Toni: They’re all connected. The same person who shot Grant and killed Joe, also killed Dr. Taylor, stole his computer, and Sharlene’s psychotherapy notes. We have to catch this killer before they go after her.

    Sharlene: I understand.
    Paulina: Believe me, I want Joe’s killer to pay, but my son comes first. He’s all I got left and I’m not gonna lose him, but I have to admit that I feel a void inside. There’s no closure to what happened to my husband.
    Sharlene: And the key to that is buried somewhere inside of me. I wish I could remember so everybody can move on with their lives.
    Paulina: You can’t get frustrated. It’s just gonna have to come on its own.
    John walks in and Sharlene goes to him.
    Sharlene: John. I’m glad you’re back.
    John: Are you okay?
    Sharlene: I have to make an appointment with Dr. Taylor. I’ve GOT to remember something.
    John: You can’t make an appointment with him.
    Sharlene: Why not? I’m tired of not remembering what happened.
    John: I think you need to sit down.
    Sharlene (sitting down): You’re scaring me John.
    John: Dr. Taylor was found dead in his office today.

    Jake: I went to Genoa City, and I spoke to Ashley Abbott. She said that Allen took thousands of dollars from them, but they couldn’t prove it because the money was always replaced.

    Jake (holding up the bill he found): This. He’s paying for someone’s care at Pinehaven Hospital.
    Rachel (looking at the bill): Quite expensive.
    Jake: I’m gonna…go there and see what else I can find.
    Rachel: You’ve done so much already. You don’t have to do that. Send me your bill.
    Jake: I’ve come this far Rachel. I think there’s more we need to find out. I’ll be in touch.
    Jake leaves and Rachel becomes more curious about what’s in the box, and opens it…and is shocked by what she finds. “What? This can put Allen away.” She picks up the phone…

    Marley: Vicky?
    Vicky: Just…remembering my daughter. She and I were going to go take a trip to wherever she decided she wanted to go to school. She was leaning toward Harvard. I miss her so much Marley.
    Marley: I know. I can’t imagine what you’re going through right now.
    Vicky: So much potential, so many dreams, that Michele will never realize. It’s not fair.
    Marley: It’s not…but you still have a daughter who loves you. Have you thought about making amends with her?

    HOTEL
    Jake walks through a hall, and spots a housekeeping associate. He walks up to the person and bumps into them purposely, causing some cards to fall out of their pocket, one of which is a master key, which Jake swipes quickly. “Sorry.” He says. He looks to make sure the associate turns the corner before he makes a beeline to Allen’s room.

    Paulina, Dante, and Bridget bring Sharlene in and manage to get her on the couch, and John comes downstairs.
    John: Sharlene? Paulina? What happened?
    Dante: She didn’t look right.
    Bridget: She was sweating.
    Paulina: She was at Grant’s press conference in the center.
    John sits next to his wife on the couch.
    John: Sharlene? Honey?
    Sharlene: John?
    John: I’m right here honey. Tell me what happened.
    Sharlene: I remember. I know who shot Grant. Paulina, he killed your husband.
    Paulina (amazed): You seem a little disoriented. Maybe you need to rest.
    Sharlene: I remember! I know what I saw Paulina!
    John: Did you see his face?
    Sharlene: I saw his eyes. I’m so sorry. I…I didn’t see his face.
    Sharlene begins to get upset.
    Bridget: I’ll get her some water.
    John flashes back to telling Dr. Taylor that he doesn’t want Sharlene remembering anything about the day Grant was shot.
    John: I’m gonna…go to the center and see if I can come up with anything.
    Paulina: I’ll stay with Sharlene.

    Sharlene: The last thing I remember was leaving the house, and going to the Center. The next thing I’m waking up here.

    People are walking around setting up a podium. The press is gathering. And Kirkland is walking around with a cup of coffee, looking around. He sees a KBAY reporter and a cameraman setting up as well. Someone bumps into him.
    Kirkland: Oh excuse me…Charlie Winthrop? My my.
    Charlie: Guess I could say the same thing.
    Kirkland: You’ve grown up.
    Charlie: I wasn’t gonna stay little forever.

    Frankie and Sharlene stand vigil over Emma Ordway’s bedside. She’s hooked up to tubes and a machine.

    Frankie: I’m glad we made it.
    Emma: Sharlene, may I speak to my daughter alone please?
    Sharlene: Sure. I’ll be right outside.

    Emma: How’s my granddaughter?
    Frankie: She’s fine.
    Emma: I know you two are not getting along.
    Frankie: It’s my fault.
    Emma: But it’s not too late to rectify that.
    Frankie: I called her so I could bring her here, but she didn’t answer.
    Emma: Grab your little girl, and tell her you love her, and don’t let her go. I don’t want to let you go either. I carried you for nine months. You will always be my daughter.
    Frankie: Of course mom.
    Emma: You don’t understand. I carried you, but you’re not my natural daughter.
    Frankie: What? You’re right I don’t understand.
    Emma: I carried her eggs inside of me, and I raised you because she couldn’t.
    Emma becomes agitated.
    Frankie: Mom just calm down. I’ll get the doctor…
    Emma: No. You need to hear this. You need to know who your real mother is…
    Frankie is amazed at Emma’s statement, but before Emma could say one more word, she flatlines. The doctors rush in and attempt to revive her, but are unsuccessful. Emma is dead.

    AT BAY CITY CENTER…Kirkland and Charlie sit at a table as Charlie notices a missed call on her phone from Frankie…and erases it in disgust.
    Kirkland: You look like you didn’t like the person calling you.

    Kirkland: Wow. Who is it may I ask?
    Charlie: My mom.
    Kirkland: Your mom? Wow. I thought you were always close.
    Charlie: We used to be.
    Kirkland: What happened?
    Charlie: Long story. Now we’re like you and your dad. Unless you guys made up.
    Kirkland: Now you know that may never happen.
    Charlie: No matter how mad we are at our parents, they’re still our parents.
    Kirkland: Well your mom didn’t move heaven and earth to take you from your father did she?
    Charlie: Well your father never left you for a whole bunch of years either.
    Kirkland: Wow, we got some pretty good grudges against our parents. You don’t like your mom, and I don’t like my dad.
    Charlie: I guess so.
    Kirkland: Isn’t that Mrs. Hutchins coming up to the podium?

    Paulina: And the therapist that she’s been seeing, Dr. Benjamin Taylor, he was murdered, and all her psych notes were missing…and for that matter, so is Sharlene.
    Frankie: Oh my God. I wonder what happened.
    Paulina: The person who killed Dr. Taylor has to be the same person who killed Joe.
    Frankie (looking at the picture of St. Croix): I think you’re right Paulina. You’re on to something.
    Paulina: What’s been going on with you?
    Frankie: My mom, um, Emma, is gonna have her memorial service so I’m going. She told me before she died that she wasn’t my real mother.
    Paulina: Did she tell you who your real mother is?
    Frankie: She died before she could get the words out, but I have a strong feeling that the answers I’m looking for….are in St. Croix.

    Jack gives Vicky a coffee.
    Jack: Coffee?
    Vicky: Thank you, but I wonder if this will make me more jumpy.

    Vicky: No…no they haven’t.
    Jack: I’m sorry.

    Jack: For what it’s worth, however bad it might be for you, I think things will work out.

    Jack: You’ve lost a daughter. I can’t imagine my daughter dying.
    Vicky: You have kids?
    Jack: Yep. I have a daughter Sage, and two sons, Parker and J.J.
    Vicky: Where are they?
    Jake: Oakdale.
    Vicky: That’s about an hour from here isn’t it?
    Jack: I’m commuting back and forth.
    Vicky: Good luck with that. These roads can get pretty dark at night. So…are you married?
    Jack: Engaged.
    Vicky: What’s her name?
    Jack: Carly. I’ve loved her for so long. We wasted so much time with disagreements and differences; being at each other’s throats; being apart. Even when we separated, deep down I always loved her, and it seems that way with you and your husband, and I think you two will work it out.
    Vicky: I hope so.
    Jack: If you love him, and he loves you, then you will work it out.
    Vicky: Thank you. You’ve actually cheered me up a little bit.

    Reginald: You know how she reacted to it, and she was making great progress, until she escaped.

    Reginald: She was in Pinehaven Hospital. She was getting the help she needed.
    Cass: So the first place you looked was here?
    Reginald: You two were engaged to be married.
    Cass: And we haven’t been for over twenty years. Is there a point to this?
    Reginald: If she tries to contact you, will you please call me?

    Mitch: I’m sure she had her reasons.
    Felicia: None we’re gonna get into right now.
    Mitch (sipping his champagne): Good. Wow I forgot how good this champagne was.
    Felicia (sipping hers): Yes sir.
    Something notices something in the glass and takes it out.
    Felicia: Oh….oh….
    Mitch: You like it?
    Felicia (smiling): It’s absolutely exquisite.
    Mitch gets up, takes the ring gently, places it on Felicia’s ring finger, and gets down on one knee.
    Mitch: I love you Felicia Gallant. I have always loved you. Will you marry me?
    Felicia: Absolutely!

    Kirkland: Wow.
    Bridget: Wow what…so now you think I’m responsible like mom does.
    Kirkland: No Bridget. What you did doesn’t make you responsible.
    Bridget: Then what does it make me? I might as well have killed her. The last thing Michele said to me is that I was a bitch. She’s probably right.
    Kirkland: You were jealous of her weren’t you?
    Bridget: I wanted to be so much like her. I just…wasn’t. She got accepted to Harvard and Columbia, and I didn’t. She had beauty, brains. Cory Hutchins was her boyfriend. I didn’t have what she had.
    Kirkland: So you had to have it?
    Bridget: It’s not like that Kirk!
    Kirkland: You stole vodka from Grandpa Reginald’s cabinet. You wanted Michele to catch you and Cory kissing. You gave him alcohol. He’s not even old enough to drink. Bridget you could’ve caused a lot more damage.
    Bridget: Our sister’s dead because of me. Mom’s right.
    Kirkland: No mom’s not right. What you did doesn’t make you a bad person, but it was atrocious.
    Bridget: And mom doesn’t even wanna talk to me. She sent me to live here.
    Kirkland: Don’t worry about mom. I’ll work on her. She’ll come around.
    Bridget: In the meantime, I have to stay in this military camp with Donna.
    Kirkland: Come here kid.
    Kirkland embraces his sister.
    Kirkland: I’m always gonna love you, so does Steven, so does Jake, mom, Donna, Aunt Marley. We all care about you. You’re always gonna be my little sister.

    Iris: Rachel you’re so mean.
    Rachel: I’m so right. Kids, this is Iris.
    Elizabeth: Oh you told us about her.
    Iris: Your version of the story right?
    Cory: You tried to have my dad killed.
    Iris: Is that what you told them?
    Rachel: It’s the truth.
    Iris: Wow did you tell them what their dear father did?
    Rachel: You leave my kids alone!
    Iris: Not until they know what Carl did. Did she tell you that he tried to kill Rachel and my father….more than once! He stopped at nothing to destroy my father’s family. Then she married him! How stupid are you?
    Rachel: Kids can you go to the coffee shop? I got something to say to Iris.
    The children leave and Rachel faces Iris.
    Rachel: You vile, devilish woman.
    Iris: How did I know you’d leave that out?
    Rachel: I’m gonna say this once. If you come near my family again, you will wish you had stayed in jail, because I will come after you, and if I do, you won’t get another chance to hurt anyone else again.
    Iris: Another threat Rachel? I’m not afraid of you.
    Rachel: Now you’ve messed with my children. You better get afraid.

    The takeover of Cory Publishing –
    Rachel and Amanda hired Allen Lovett, who has been working with Reginald Love to force Rachel to sell Cory Publishing. It was also revealed that Iris, Rachel’s ex-stepdaughter, was masterminding the whole takeover from prison. As part of the plan, Reginald got Iris’s release hearing moved up quickly, so there was no time for Rachel and Cass to form a strategy. Rachel decided not to testify against Iris to keep her incarcerated, so Iris was released. Allen has been leaking information to Reginald about the sale of Cory Publishing. Rachel got wind of it and Allen was arrested for corporate espionage. Allen did not count on developing feelings for Amanda. Rachel has decided to sell due to declining financial standing and growing debt. Who will she sell it to?
    Michele’s death
    The McKinnons suffered a great loss when Michele McKinnon died as a result of injuries due to being struck by a car. Bridget, her twin sister, schemed against her to make her jealous. Bridget stole vodka out of Reginald’s cabinet, brought it to the prom, and spiked Cory’s drink. Bridget kissed Cory Hutchins and Michele saw them. As Vicky, Jake, and Reginald arrived, Bridget and Michele’s fight went on to the street, where Michele stumbled and was struck by an oncoming vehicle. After her heartfelt goodbye, Vicky has banished Bridget from the house, and this has caused a major rift between her and Jake. Will their marriage survive?
    Grant’s shooting/Sharlene’s memories
    Grant was shot while announcing his candidacy for Senate some years ago, and Sharlene saw the shooter. This same person also killed Joe Carlino, which brought Frankie Frame back to town. Frankie vows to find who killed Joe, who was a good friend of hers. Sharlene does not remember the person who committed the crimes, but her memories have slowly been returning, much to the dismay of Grant, John, and the perpetrator. Sharlene was seeing Dr. Taylor to help unlock these memories. Grant knows who shot him. He did to win sympathy votes. Reginald and Iris also know about Grant’s scheme, and the person who shot him. John and Grant implored Dr. Taylor not to allow Sharlene to uncover these memories. Apparently, neither did the perpetrator, because Dr. Taylor was found dead in his office. Toni Burrell returned to investigate his murder, and learned Sharlene’s notes and Dr. Taylor were both missing, and she deduced that Sharlene is in danger. They also learned the shell casing from the bullet that killed Dr. Taylor is the same from the day Grant was shot. Toni feared that the killer will come after Sharlene. Will the killer get to Sharlene?

    Mitch and Felicia are getting married.

    Gregory became paralyzed after his car accident. An indirect result of his steroid abuse. Lindsay Winthrop, Cass’s niece, is his physical therapist.
    Charlie returned after flunking out of school, and she resents Frankie for staying away for a number of years.
    Tyrone and Marley had problems in the beginning, but he and Donna have dealt with temptation, which seems to be growing, and Allen has photos of his brother Tyrone and Donna is positions of temptation.
