  2. I was wondering what you all have always perceived to be the order of the Snyder kids? It's always gotten me confused. The only thing I'm quite certain of is that Meg is supposed to be the youngest. I know Iva is the eldest Snyder daughter and Seth the eldest Snyder son. The way I always understood it, Harvey and Emma adopted Iva at a time when they thought they couldn't have children (ha!), so that would make Iva the eldest child, right? For some reason, I feel like in some episodes I've seen there seems to be some implication that Seth is the eldest child though. And what a
  3. Updated! Thanks again Paul Raven, for all your help! Wow, I had no idea Suzanne Davidson had been on for so long when I saw her in the 1979 episodes. I mean, technically I knew, as soapcentral listed her as having entered in 1972 as well, but I guess it's only sinking in now. I guess she debuted in the same year as (her frequent 1979 screen partner) Kathryn Hays then. Quick note: Obviously, we've gotten to the more 'exciting' years at this point (and by that, I only mean that more info is available about when the show did or did not air), which means it takes a bit lon

  8. From the Scrapbook: "Back in the Hughes household, Bob received word from the military school that Lisa had arrived looking for Tom. Bob flew out to meet her and found his ex-wife nearly catatonic. Lisa had been kidnapped by two men in Los Angeles who repeatedly raped her before finally dumping her in San Antonio. She had sought shelter at a farm and made her way back to Los Angeles to reclaim Tom at military school, only to discover he was no longer there. Lisa's mental state was so fragile that she had to be briefly institutionalized in Chicago. Bob offered to remarry her for Tom

  13. Where did you get the info about Schultz being on in 1985 and 1986? Could it possibly be from Dee's Soapcentral profile? That profile lists Schultz as having been on from April 11 - 16, 1985, March 29 - April 12, 1986 and July 22 - 24, 1986. The first period (April 11 - 16, 1985) is during Bob and Kim's wedding. All of these episodes are included on the B&K Wedding DVD. I have never spotted the character of Dee in any of them, nor is she mentioned in the credits. The second period (March 29 - April 12, 1986) is surrounding the 30th anniversary episode. In the M

  17. Great finds! I've edited both sections. The #3582 episode number means that: - 16 episodes were pre-empted between August 25, 1967 and January 30, 1970 - 29 episodes were pre-empted between January 30, 1970 and April 27, 1979
  18. Oops... It most certainly was. Forgot to put that in, so thanks for reminding me! I have updated the 1973 section, marking all episodes between May 17 and June 27 as 'Watergate?' based on the wikipedia entry for the Watergate hearings. I know the show was regularly pre-empted during this period, but I have no idea if that would go for every day, or just the more 'sensational' parts of the hearings. I also have no idea if there were hearings every day, or if they were stretched out over the period. Updated. Since we're not sure if it's the EF

  25. Updated The #2812 episode number means that 9 episodes were pre-empted between January 16 and August 7, 1967 (which does seem like a lot, for around this time... perhaps because of Vietnam?) It also means that only 4 episodes would have been pre-empted between April 2, 1956 and January 16, 1967 (which, especially in combination with 9 episodes having been pre-empted between January and August of 1967 seems fishy). We actually already have 5 pre-emptions accounted for (all in 1956/1957), so either the episode number is wrong, or one of the pre-emptions was wrong. N
