-In the psych ward at University Hospital, Marlena sits in her straightjacket, staring blankly at the four walls that surround her.

Marlena: Lovely. Just lovely. They may have put me away but little do they know that they can't stop the horror that has been set in motion. They have no idea...no idea what's upon them now.

Marlena then struggles with her straightjacket.

Marlena: Damnit. I will get out of here. I will get my revenge and make them all pay!!

The scene then shifts to the MCF's hideaway in the office of an abandoned warehouse. The MCF admires the picture shrine that he or she put together. The camera pans over all the pictures again as we see pictures of Roman, Sami, Lucas, Will, Carrie, Austin, Eric, Nicole, Steve, Kayla, Bo, Victor, Caroline, Maggie, Marlena, Shane, Kimberly, Hope, Belle, Philip, Abe, Lexie, Stefano, Tony, Anna, Jack, Billie, Max, Abby, Cassie, Chelsea, Cal, Doug, and Julie. We then see in the center of all the pictures the word...

REVENGE.

The MCF laughs.

MCF: Everything is in motion now. It's so funny how little I have to do to get everyone where I want them. All the secrets and lies some of you are keeping...fools. All of you. You have practically given me the opportunity for revenge on a silver platter.

The MCF then looks at the picture of Marlena.

MCF: Sorry, doc. You were too much of a loose cannon. Your condition was far to volitile. I had other plans for you but I couldn't risk you ruining my plans so you had to go. I should've known though. You and your loved ones have been thorns in my side before. No matter...I still have James and Alan to assist me...but I could use some more help. Hmm...(looks at the pictures) I was going to go to some of you yet but it looks like I will have to. It's time I come face to face with some of you Salemites...starting with....

The MCF takes a picture off the wall and admires it.

MCF (looking at the picture): You...yes. You will be the one whose services I seek out first. I know what you are capable of...I know firsthand. Now I just need to get you alone...and I know exactly how to bait you.

The MCF then laughs as he or she sits down at the desk, takes out a piece of paper, and begins to write.

MCF (looking at what he or she is writing): A piece of cake...

The MCF laughs as he or she continues to write as the screen fades into...
