One scene really stood for me and that was Lucas and Sami sharing a dance. I loved how AS played that scene out when Lucas told Sami he finally believed Sami had changed or was making an effort to. It's about time. Hopefully Will will also notice that too

I'm so happy, with the exception of this baby switch between Belle and Mimi, I'm really liking everything else on this show.

I agree with GBB - I'm watching only S&K (mostly in clips) because this show sucks and has sucked for over 2 years, when I finally quit. With S&K it's completely new to me so of course it's much more enjoyable, plus I do think it's better written/acted than the rest of the show.

The reason fanbases seem to force couples to stay together is because this horrific writing team is completely incapable of writing any stories with depth. And that's got as much to do with the dialogue writers as it does with Reilly. This team can't write good conflict, only out-of-character stuff that cheapens the couples, so viewers aren't interested, just frustrated. Frankly, yes, online fanbases are vocal, but offline I think viewers would be much more tolerant of well-written separations, even if they would want the supercouples to end up together. I was a huge fan of Lumi and would've loved some angst for them, but instead they chose to completely destroy the Lucas character and turn him into Austin, so that the essence of Lumi was lost. Why should I watch when I don't even recognize the characters?

The best thing about the episode was the Lucas/Samantha dance. BD and AS were so good in that moment. Lucas and Sami are so still in love, and it's obvious every time they look at each other.

Great show today..one thing i noticed was Kayla mentioning that when john and marlena get back that Steve should see Marlena for help getting his memory back..I think this is a great story idea..I'm literally salvating at the idea of steve and marlena scenes...

Good, it's not just me! I'd like to see Steve go to Marlena, growing attached to her because she's able to help him, only to find out that it's because he knows her. He was "dead" while she was presumed dead, remember? Maybe he knows what happened to her. Marlena has 5 missing years where she doesn't know exactly what happened to her. Maybe she saw Steve.
