The show just dove in with a few conversations at Bikini -- establishing that Deacon had bought the Bikini Bar; this was the grand opening; Deacon and Taylor are relationship-public, Taylor supported this new business venture for Deacon; ~~ AND ~~ Sheila moved out, and there are divorce proceedings, and this all already took place off-screen. LOL at Finn absorbing all this information as he (and the viewers) learned it.

I mean, viewers wondered why the show never showed what happened after Sheila learned of the Taylor/Deacon affair. Odd, but whatever. Kind of interesting that the show just covered it all in a conversation.

But I guess that's better than months and months of the plot dragging on when Brooke was feeling guilty about inadvertently misbehaving New Year's Eve (or some holiday) when Sheila had secretly spiked or switched Brooke's nonalcoholic wine bottle with alcohol -- or whatever that was, I chose to forget most of it.

Anyhow, I liked the bar scenes in the two episodes I watched. Fun new energy.

It really was nice new energy. B&B had a little bit of a slump in its momentum mid-May after several months of good story flow, but I love that it has managed to get it back again by the end of May. Part of that is the reason.

I'm hoping that the fact they mentioned that Sheila has stalled on signing the divorce papers is a sign that that story is far from over. And also the question of the roommate Sheila has.

R.J. is as smug as his sister and their father. Ridiculous. And Harrison Cone's shoe polish hair colour is too dark for him.

Will, Katie and Bill's scenes today are so cringeworthy and bad. How awful.

I'm finding this show intolerable these days. The whole RJ/Electra/Will/Dylan quad is nauseating as is Remy. Both RJ and Will aren't worth rooting for. Why have they taken over the show? I seriously need to cut back on my watch time.

It should be more Logan vs Forrester, Taylor/Deacon/Sheila.

The RJ propping is obscene - Electra blaming herself. No, girl, I thought she was going to be like: 'I'm a Forrester, RJ, you're a Marone interloper.'

Interesting role reversal today: $B getting emotional at Will joining and working with his sons, while Katie is ready to stick it to Brooke!

After the absolute character annihilation of $B during the past 5 years, including the bunhead FBI plot, Poppy, Lunacy, it's great to have $B just being $B.

I think Will/Katie are going to have some serious conflicts down the road as he continue to show his inner $B, which is a good thing.

As hot as Will and RJ are, I gotta say... they're such losers 😂😂😂😂

-- The character who comes off the worst is Electra, who has no backbone and seems to stand for nothing. When she approaches someone to make a point, she ends up coming around to their point of view. She did it today by blaming herself for the fights between Will and R.J. It just makes her pathetic.

-- Electra is also pathetic with Dylan. She's not cautious at all about her friendship with Dylan after all that's happened? No -- she's back to being besties and sharing secrets. Electra nauseates me.

-- Today's open with R.J. looking over two FC gowns was hilarious camp. The gowns were devoid of anything special, and the models were given cringe dialogue.

Electra is like watching paint dry. She is so boring. Her and Will do nothing for me as a couple.

I've noticed BB numbers have been trending down. Could it be the excessive pimping of Will and Electra?
