Today started off slow but it got a little better as the episode went on. But Susan and Sophia just need to go away.

Everything surrounding Abe and Theo was the best part of today. Abe objecting to Theo finally going back to work at Dimera makes sense to me, especially considering his history with them and everything that’s happened to Theo lately. I’m glad Theo had Paulina to talk to. She’s always at her best when she isn’t so extra. And while I’m not sure about Abe basically plotting with EJ to keep Johnny on as CEO, I am interested in the potential conflict that Days could get as a result of this. Not only for Abe/Paulina/Theo but Johnny/Chanel as well. Hopefully, we get more of Abe’s perspective on him deciding to do that.

Johnny and Chanel were sweet today too. And I’m glad that they patched up all that stupid stuff about Chanel being upset at Johnny for worrying about her health. I’m curious if Chanel’s stomach cramps are going to end up meaning something.

But I still say that Johnny should be the one that’s so angry at EJ and Chanel should be the one trying to mend fences between them. The storyline would work better that way, IMO.

Tate and Holly were sweet too, but their scenes were ruined just by the presence of Sophia and Rachel.

I know it's early to assess but I can already tell that Noel Maxam has a better visual hold on Days of Our Lives than Janet Spellman-Drucker ever had and shows just how ill-equipped and ill-prepared she was to become co-executive producer. Yes, I know the details concerning her appointment were less than savoury, but still... in her time in the position she held, she really did not do much that changed anything.

I actually thought he was great as Bo Brady and had amazing chemistry with the cast which just shows the gap between what we see on screen or on social media and what might really be happening behind the scenes

It was well-known that RKK was toxic on the DAYS set. When Miriam Parrish and Ali Sweeney were playing best friends Jamie Caldwell and Sami Brady, the actresses were teens. He was in a relationship with Miriam Parrish -- they got engaged when she was 18, but I don't know exactly when they first got together. . . (They married after she turned 20. Parrish has been married to someone else since 2014.)

RKK's issues at both AW and Days are pretty well documented still on the internet. This isn't really a secret that Lisa and RKK had issues. He had issues with KA as well and Ali Sweeney's mother pulled her off the set when RKK started dating a very young Miriam Parrish hence why Sami disappeared for so long before she announced her pregnancy at Carrie and Austin's wedding.

Sandra Ferguson said he threw at chair at her at AW.

Although Lisa is an attention seeker she isn't trying to stir up controversy over a soap star from 30 years ago that barely anyone remembers lol.

I know it's the Hernandez kitchen repurposed, but Brady's new apartment feels so tight and claustrophobic that I can barely breathe when they're in there. This is the only place a multimillionaire with two kids can swing??

So now that the truth is out about Stephanie’s stalker, hopefully this can all end soon.

On the one hand, I’m glad that Jeremy is off the hook. These mf’ers are gonna owe him A LOT of apologies when this is all said and done. And I am a little interested in hearing his story on how he was able to find Stephanie. But on the other hand, this stalker storyline was so clunky and poorly written that I don’t really care all that much that it was Owen all along. I mean, what happens now for Stephanie and Alex as a couple? A Joy return? I don’t want to see that lol. There were so many good chances to create drama for the two of them as a result of this storyline, but the writers never took them. And I agree with whoever said that bringing Owen back after all these years seems very Ron-like.

As for Wes Ramsey, welcome back. Now, go away.

I do have to admit though that the cliffhanger would have been really good if Days hadn’t spoiled it months ago.

Brady being included in the search for Stephanie seemed a little random, but I didn’t mind it.

And I liked that Marlena was there for Kayla and that Kayla got a chance to discuss her fears about Stephanie. And that Marlena was the one who suggested that it doesn’t seem like Jeremy would be the stalker.

And yeah, Leo is still trash. I will never drink that pro-Leo/anti-Dimitri Kool-Aid. Dimitri looked so good in that black tank top and sweatpants though 😍😍😉

I agree. It's not great, but at least it's sort of a new set and honestly it's better than believing everyone lives in Marlena's house with a tiny living room and apparently an endless hallway that leads to 8 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a den lol.

I wonder why they didn't try to repurpose Tripp, Wendy, Allie, Chanel, et al's apartment unless the show got rid of it or something.
