Well to be fair...wasn't there a very brief discussion...or tends to be whenever I say the word 'sweeps'...about how these kinda of things should happen all year around? Or at least something major should happen once a month? It feels like that is what BTG is doing. Building that momentum.

They’re likely in limbo until their contract with TV City expires and they get kicked out and have to find new studio space.

With TV/Film production in Los Angeles at an all-time low, it makes zero sense why Sony Pictures hasn’t moved Y&R’s production into their own lot in Culver City already.

I wonder if they'll move to where B&B did?

IIRC, it was down to the Culver Studios or the Radford Studio Center but neither was what TPTB were looking for. And when Bold's move was reported, Young still had half of their current deal to exist through. Bold's move merely came down to their deal ending, so they took that as the opportunity to move ahead of time.

Sony owns this entire lot, and it’s where Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune are taped, you’d think they’d want to move production to a space they own outright, especially with production at at a historic low in LA right now. I guess we’ll see and I wonder how much longer is left on their TV City contract.
