Ashley and Grayson do have some chemistry, and I am a little interested in seeing where they go from here, but yeah, that scene with Naomi and Shanice made her look like a dick

But I did enjoy Bill and Hayley's showdown.

-- Connecting with Eva? Great. But does he have to bring up her relationship with Kat in every damn conversation? I know he backed off a bit and told Eva maybe his suggestion to talk to her about the cancer stuff was too early, but it was too late. He should know that Eva wants to please him.

-- Kat's response to Eva was harsh, even though it was typical for her. But honestly? Eva snapped back hard at that response, so was Kat that far off in not believing Eva? Eva continues to be her mother's daughter.

-- Jacob's conversation with Derek about Naomi was a little weird. I get that Naomi is acting large and in charge since Anita was diagnosed, but for him to turn that into a big deal about her not wanting kids didn't work for me.

Ted is a toxic dad. Just a garbage of a man who has Mean Girl sessions with Eva about Kat. I understand wanting to make up for loss time with Eva and form a bond with her but Ted is always telling Kat's business and talks down about his daughter he raised from birth. Although, I think Nicole and Ted aren't the best parents to Kat to begin with. Both act aloof and don't seem to think Kat has a reason to be upset.

But anyway, I loved the Eva and Kat scene. And I haven't loved much about the show in a while. They both got their points in and there weren't any theatrics. These two don't like each other and it should be on sight for a while. Obviously, something is going to happen where Kat is dangling from the side of a cliff and Eva is the only one around.

Dani needed to be checked by Hayley. You have a husband and it's not Bill. All this shows is that the con is becoming real to Hayley with some ego mixed in.

Naomi is annoying. Jacob needs to dial up a divorce attorney.

It's a new year, and I genuinely planned to give that thirsty horndawg Nurse Ashley a chance to entertain me as she desperately throws her Basic Wares at yet a 3rd victim in a brief 10-month period --- but it's just plumb excruciating, y'all. I keep expecting Timothee Chalamet to appear as an X-ray technician or Rami Malek to show up as a nurse's aid, in a last-ditch effort to make her drab ass interesting. That "ice cream comparison" was agonizing, but at least it led to a cute scene between Shanice and Ted.

Bill is a gaslighting prick. How is Haley in the wrong for feeling a type of way when it wasn’t that long ago you were making out with Dani in your office?

Hayley is an awful person, but it astounds me that so many people love it when Bill and Dani are together, loving it when they're hugging or flirting and wanting them back together.

Bill cheated on Dani throughout their entire marriage, right? What is there to root for? Why would you want Dani back with a guy like that? And what is wrong with Dani to keep returning to him?

The excuse about the cancer and her kids doesn't work. Bill can be present for them without Dani's help.
