Could AI ever take old scripts and photos of the actors and generate versions of old episodes that have been wiped? Maybe we can see versions of these episodes again!

On video? I think its too early for something like that.

It could probably do pictures of these old actors in scenarios. I'd be tempted to try some out myself and see what can be generated.

Case in point, I've just created an image for My GH story idea involving Josslyn and Tobias. I mean, I can see why people are nervous. It bears a lot of resemblance to Eden and that was just one picture.

I asked for a Brooks Sisters return but it gave me a Barber Sisters return instead:

Here’s a classic, high-stakes Y&R–style return that honors the show’s history, the Brooks legacy, and the kind of drama Genoa City thrives on.

“Bloodlines & Betrayals” — The Return of the Brooks Sisters

Opening Tease

A sleek black town car pulls up outside Society during a high-profile Chancellor-Winters event. Cameras flash. Whispers ripple through the room.

Devon freezes. Lily pales. Jill’s champagne glass trembles.

The doors open.

Drucilla Barber Winters strides in first—poised, powerful, unmistakably alive.

Behind her… Olivia Barber Winters, dignified and calm.

And bringing up the rear, with a knowing smile that signals trouble?

Diane Brooks.

Genoa City has just shifted on its axis.

The Shocking Truth

For years, the world believed Drucilla died after her fall from the cliff. Now, the truth unravels:

  • Drucilla survived—but suffered amnesia and was taken abroad by a mysterious benefactor.

  • Diane, long presumed dead herself at one point, knew Drucilla was alive and quietly helped fund her care.

  • Olivia was eventually contacted, sworn to secrecy until Drucilla was strong enough—mentally and emotionally—to return.

This secret alliance forged the Brooks Sisters’ Pact:

When they returned, they would return together—and on their own terms.

Why They’re Back

The sisters didn’t come home for nostalgia. They came for justice.

Drucilla believes Chancellor-Winters was built on stolen ideas and manipulated legacies, including her own early work and influence. Olivia has uncovered legal proof that could dismantle corporate power structures across Genoa City. Diane, ever the strategist, sees an opportunity to finally step out of everyone’s shadow.

Together, they intend to reclaim what was taken—financially, emotionally, and historically.

Personal Fallout

  • Neil Winters’ memory looms large, as Drucilla struggles with grief for a life she lost twice.

  • Devon and Lily are torn between joy and resentment over Drucilla’s disappearance.

  • Jack Abbott is blindsided by Diane’s secrets—and realizes she’s been playing a much longer game than he ever knew.

  • Phyllis smells blood in the water and vows to expose Diane before the Brooks Sisters destroy everything.

  • Jill Abbott recognizes Drucilla as a force she underestimated once—and won’t make that mistake again.

The Twist

In a final cliffhanger, Olivia reveals she has evidence connecting a powerful Genoa City family to the original cover-up of Drucilla’s survival.

The camera pushes in on Drucilla as she delivers the line:

“You all buried me once.

Now I’m here to return the favor.”

Cue the Y&R theme. Fade out.

Future Story Arcs

  • Drucilla reclaiming her place at Chancellor-Winters

  • Diane walking a razor-thin line between redemption and revenge

  • Olivia becoming Genoa City’s most feared legal mind

  • The Brooks Sisters vs. the Abbotts, Newmans, and Winters in an all-out power war

If you’d like, I can:

  • Write dialogue-heavy scenes (first reunion with Devon, Jack vs. Diane, Drucilla at Neil’s grave)

  • Create a long-term umbrella storyline

  • Or pitch this as a sweeps event arc

Just say the word.

Here’s a classic Days of Our Lives–style return for Melissa Anderson, packed with romance, secrets, and Salem-scale fallout—true to her legacy and the show’s dramatic tone.59D5BA63-5AA1-4D1B-88C5-30B445CB19B6.png

“A Heart Never Forgets” — The Return of Melissa Anderson

Opening Tease

A quiet afternoon at Salem University Hospital.

Maggie Horton Kiriakis reviews paperwork when she hears a familiar laugh drifting down the corridor. She looks up—confused, almost afraid to hope.

A woman steps into the light.

Blonde hair. Poised smile. Eyes filled with decades of untold stories.

Melissa Anderson.

Maggie drops the file.

Maggie (whispering): “Melissa…?”

Melissa’s voice trembles—not with weakness, but with emotion.

Melissa: “Hi, Mom. I’m home.”

Cue the Days chime.

Why Melissa Is Back

Melissa returns to Salem under the pretense of settling legal affairs tied to a long-forgotten Horton trust—one that includes shares in Titan Industries.

But that’s not the real reason.

Melissa has been battling a serious but now-in-remission heart condition, forcing her to confront unfinished business… and unresolved love.

She realized if her life were to end, she didn’t want Salem to be the place she ran from—but the place she made peace with.

The Emotional Core: Melissa & Jack

Melissa’s return sends shockwaves through Jack Deveraux.

Their chemistry is instant, undeniable, and complicated.

  • Jack is happily married to Jennifer Horton Deveraux.

  • Melissa insists she’s not back to disrupt his life.

  • But the past refuses to stay buried.

A bombshell revelation emerges:

Melissa never told Jack the full truth about why she left Salem years ago.

She was blackmailed—threatened with the exposure of a secret that could have destroyed the Hortons forever.

That secret?

Melissa once covered up a crime to protect someone still living in Salem.

Family Fallout

  • Maggie struggles with guilt for not sensing Melissa’s pain years ago.

  • Sarah Horton forms a quick bond with her aunt, unaware Melissa’s secret may change everything she believes about their family.

  • Xander Kiriakis grows suspicious when Melissa’s Titan shares suddenly give her real influence over his future.

  • Victor’s legacy looms large as Melissa discovers Titan’s past isn’t as clean as anyone claims.

The Twist

In a dramatic mid-season reveal, Melissa confesses the truth:

Years ago, she helped cover up an accidental death caused by a beloved Salem resident—someone the audience would never expect.

She thought she was protecting the people she loved.

Instead, she’s been paying for it her entire life.

As the walls close in, Melissa faces a devastating choice:

  • Tell the truth and shatter multiple families

  • Or disappear again—this time forever

Cliffhanger

Melissa stands on the Salem pier, suitcase in hand.

Jack finds her.

Jack: “You don’t get to decide this alone anymore.”

Melissa turns to him, tears streaming—but resolute.

Melissa: “I came back to face my past…not to destroy your future.”

She drops the suitcase.

Fade to black.

Long-Term Story Potential

  • Melissa stepping into a powerful role at Titan

  • A moral showdown between Melissa, Maggie, and Sarah

  • Jack torn between the love that shaped him and the family he built

  • A redemption arc that cements Melissa as a central Horton once again

If you want, I can:

  • Write specific scenes (Melissa & Maggie reunion, first Jack encounter, courtroom confession)

  • Tie Melissa into current Salem villains

  • Or craft a sweeps-level reveal episode

Just tell me how deep into Salem you want to go.
