I'm hoping this will just be some random guest character, because she's not an actress. Pat Sajak was on DAYS as Kevin Hathaway for one episode on November 9, 1983. I don't know what his story was, but I'm pretty sure he didn't have any connection to Megan.

Am I correct that Mark, Aaron, and Felicity Greene are missing? I assume they are recurring (but, Jack, Jennifer, and Sami are there, so it doesn't seem contractual, as much as preserving history).

I am trying to figure out if that is Sofia on the other side of Tate from Holly.

Poor Jada and Kate are at the edges, but they look great. And I have a hard time telling Gabi and Ari apart when they are both dressed up and in makeup.

Sounds like Don Chastain was ahead of the curve of what was to come with James E Reilly on Days and Hogan Sheffer on ATWT/Y&R. Perhaps with a visionary producer Chastain could have succeeded. I know that Taggart/Simon wrote scripts for the Ellises on the doctors under pen names. What were their pen names in the SFT credits. I believe when the Ellises were rehired at SFT it was to transition the show to NBC and they stayed under a year and mentored David Cherrill who replaced them with Cherrill using a pen name (Jackson Chase?) for a while.

Michael B Jordan won the Actor Award (FKA the SAG) for Male Actor in a Leading Role. The SAG Awards, as they were known, have always been special because as a performer, it's your peers/other members who vote for you.
Jordan also won another Actor Award with the Cast of Sinners.

Happy Birthday Julie!
I thought it was really nice that Maggie came over to comfort her about everything. And that Julie was able to discuss how she’s been feeling about what she’s think is going on with Jeremy. And that Julie thought that Maggie coming to see her was a sign from Doug. That was sweet.
Speaking of Jeremy, he finally got an apology from somebody! And I hope it’s the first of many. His explanation about everything that happened at the school and how he found out about Owen and Stephanie seemed a little clunky though, especially Thomas’ part in it. Didn’t he and Chad and Charlotte already leave Salem?
As for Wes Ramsey, I do think he’s at least trying not to be a carbon copy of Peter August. There wasn’t as much hoarse whispering from him as there is when he’s on GH lol but I think, in my eyes anyway, the damage had already been done, when it comes to his acting.
I have mixed feelings about Owen working for Rolf at the lab though. I do like the idea of two storylines coming together and the possibility that it could lead to something really good happening for all these characters. The problem is that I’m just not that a big of a fan of the lab storyline itself, regardless of all the speculation about who’s in the pod. You can get much better B-storylines out of the whole lab thing than anything involving Owen.
But I did appreciate Philip and Gabi’s history lesson on Owen and everything that happened the last time that he kidnapped Stephanie. I don’t mind the two of them together, but I think it’s time to kick their storyline into high gear. And Philip did look hot today 😉
Their final scene was actually a little hotter than what we’ve on Days lately as well 😉😂😂

It's all chaos.

Israeli's military Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir said combat operations against Hezbollah could be prolonged, lasting days. Trump in interviews on Sunday with multiple news outlets said the U.S.-Israeli military assault on Iranian targets could continue for at least four weeks.

Yes, I saw Vera Moore on a quiz show once, in which contestants competed against each other to be the first to guess the profession of the guest. She was working in cosmetics by then. As soon as I saw her, I exclaimed, "That's Linda Metcalf from Another World!!!"
I thought she was a lovely and talented performer. The soap was dumb to let her go. But then again, AW had fired so many beloved actors/major characters, nothing surprised me by then.
Moore ended up in a better position anyway, I'd say.

And right there, AI already mucks it up: Melissa is Sarah's sister, not aunt. I just don't like or trust AI. All of this is amusing to read, but it's so sterile, without human emotion driving the dialogue, etc.

As posted earlier: Paraphrasing Reuters: The CIA assessment in advance was that if Khamenei were killed, an even more hardline ruler would be put in place; . (Reuters link)
But of course nobody listened.

Saturday Feb 28 (USA time):
The initial reports (with a photo) were that Khamenei's compound was bombed, but no confirmation that he was actually there.
Later Trump and Netanyahu announced that Khamenei was dead, and some news agencies reported this as fact.
When this was first announced, Reuters neutrally said that Trump and Netanyahu have announced that Khamenei is dead, but Iran state media says Khamenei is still in charge.
(Hard to know what the facts are, when the officials from all the countries involved are all known to lie!)
Hours later: Sunday morning Iran time (late Saturday USA time), Iran officially announced Khamenei's death.
