Bradford appears so rarely I don't even know why he would be replaced.  Unless they are gearing up for some big Spinelli story I would say the character isn't worth the hassle.  I am fine thinking Spinelli is off screen in the background with Maxie and her kids.

I would guess the show wants to give Maxie a big story that would also require a lot of Spinelli, and they don't think they can make it work with BA's schedule.

Sure, I can believe that.  I guess I don't know what Bradford is doing that would make it difficult to work on GH.  He does a podcast and has a band with other GH members lol. 

Bradford seems to enjoy being on GH and this isn't directed specifically at him, but I don't know how people pay their bills when they are casually turning down jobs lol.

I posted on Wednesday about how the spoiler thread on the GH reddit had a link to a Facebook article.  When I went to the link I got a message about the content being removed, but people on the reddit thread said that the it revealed Bradford Anderson was going to be replaced.

When I click on the link  I just get a message about the content being removed, but according to the replies on the reddit thread, the show is firing Bradford Anderson and will look to recast Spinelli.

My understanding is that he is in a similar situation to Jonathon Jackson, commuting from a long distance, which probably affects his availability.  Which could make it difficult for the show to put Maxie in the forefront of the show, or perhaps give Georgie a bigger role in the young teen scene.

I didn't realize he was long distance.  That makes more sense and I know he has children.  I still think you can put Maxie and Georgie at the forefront and know Spinelli is around-just off screen.

As far as I can tell, Anderson and his family reside in California (Sacramento, per his Linkedin); besides, Anderson has always been open to appearing on the show. It's a matter of writing for the character, ultimately. And considering he's usually included in fan events, I'd wager they're keen on keeping him as a recurring player (when he's available/when TPTB want him to work). The recast with Blake Berris was only because of a scheduling conflict and only lasted from January 16 to 19, 2017.

I seriously doubt they will recast Spinelli lol.

They can easily just write around Spinelli, although I would always be glad to see Blake Berris back on a soap.

This makes no sense at all. Maxie is going to be on less for a while, not more.

Anna takes Dante and Chase's guns and badges and has them locked up together at the PCPD jail, to force them to work things out, so that they can work as police partners.  She tells the guard: "If they start fighting again, turn the hose on them."
