Yay! Hayley got Bill to drop the charges on Dani. So that dynamic continues to be fascinating.

If Nicole and Ted needed a conflict they could've come up with almost anything else to secure that. But to play copycat, and write another husband sticking his wood inside of another woman behind his wife's back IS lazy writing.

I miss Florencia and her over-the-top personality on my screen. Since Dani and Nicole are in their 50s, maybe she could be a former model/peer of Dani's. 

Victoria Konefal could be a decent Ashley recast if she's still interested in soaps.

Florencia being an ex-model and more successful rival of Dani's (who gave up her career) would be genius. Possibly with a daughter or son (or trans, etc. kid) of her own. Hayley is not strong enough competition frankly.

VK is fine but I would just as soon create better white characters than Ashley and Derek. Whatever they may have had planned, I think her trajectory will ultimately be to break Andre's heart and then vanish.

-- Can you imagine how we'd feel about Bill if this story started when Hayley and Bill first started flirting with each other then moving on to sex? I think we'd really be trashing Bill.

 

-- Not sure I'm rooting for them after today. Naomi has a blind spot when it comes to her nutjob mother. She could have been ticked at Jacob but still understood. The couch was ridiculous. I'd tell her to sleep on the couch.

-- I still don't want any recasts. It's too early and I don't want changes this early even for weaker actors. I'd rather see characters written out.

-- I'm another one who was disappointed that Ted is also a cheater. I know cheaters are a soap staple, but come on.

-- Dani is a whack job, but I enjoy her.

-- Anita in that fur cape (or whatever that is) is too much LOL

-- Today's show had a few smh moments, but I can deal with those when it's all this entertaining.

She’s one of those actresses was that always 100% committed. Also had fantastic chemistry with TSJ.

Her as a rival for Dani would be incredible .

Actually they can keep you longer than if they can convince a judge that you are still a threat yourself or others. Ergo, 48 hours minimum, or 48 hours maximum without a judge's order depending on jurisdiction.
