I think she's good at coming across naive and in over her head, and creating pathos. But there's no fire I can get behind there, and you need both for this character. So far I ain't seeing it.

Hmmmm. I like it. Naomi vs. Bill was the actress finest moment on the show, so this should be fun. 

Did they show that Asian actress in an early episode? She looks so familiar.

Some of the dialogue today is icky for me. Not the best episode in terms of that. Everything is over-explained.

@BetterForgotten I actually think it's Chelsea (not Dani) that has the cocaine addiction; the breakdown for "Cheryl" was described as a relunctantly successful model with a cocaine addiction. It's her that has the addiction, not Dani.

Now, totally & gratefully agree about Cady McClain who I believe is on recurring.

Jumping way down to my girl Dani & her sometime lover Andre, who we more than a little bit suspect of being "sensitive" he may not get his heart broken but Dani, who has been called a force of nature & also a tornado & we know darn well that she is possibly the ultimate drama queen, and one more thing not just a star but a meteor. From all of that what I was thinking is that Andre may get burned from exposure to all that energy.  I mean, it's a lot.

 

@Contessa Donatella we do appear to be on the same page with a lot of things with this show. Thank you for clarifying about Cady and her status.  Is my rhythm a good thing or bad thing??  I do also agree with you on Dani and Andre getting burned.
