Now I am wondering what is Martin's secret?

And what is brother line along with Leslie's visceral look at Ted has me thinking if Leslie was possibly in love with Ted's brother.

Is it just me?

On Days, I thought he looked like he actually could be Tripp's younger brother and he's 6 years older than Lucas Adams 😂😂

Yes, Mike Manning looked younger than Lucas Adams and seemingly fit as the younger brother.

Without saying anything, you'll have your answer later this week.

Or was she eyeing him for an affair? She liked!😂

I wonder if Daphne should have played Dani, and Karla should play Nicole.

No bc Dani is supposed to be the younger sister and looks it. I also think Nicole will be more layered character with Dani being more one dimensional. Daphne’s a stronger actress with more range which I think we’ll see with her character.

THIS! She had me in TEARS, Actual Tears during the Doug's Death storyline! Man she hasn't been given this good material in at least 7 years!

Since BTG debuted in 2025, does that mean that it won't be eligible for Emmys until 2026?

I would assume not since the Daytime Emmys were pushed to the second half of 2025.

😉 I have my ideas on what it could be, but I know Ms. Val Jean won't let us down. It's just good to see the LGBTQIA+ community aren't used as some once-per-month plot point of "diversity" and showing "inclusion".

Errol, how many episodes have you seen already? 😝

Only the first five. They gave the press screeners. I'm happy because it helped with writing articles and pairing characters with actors while also trying to be as careful as possible (and failing) to discuss what has happened with you all without revealing what has yet to happen.

I believe it's as long as the work was aired in the calendar year in question.

Yeah. That's why I wasn't sure.

I was wondering if the ceremony that airs this year would only apply to the 2023-2024 season

The 2025 Emmys (October 2025) cover the calendar year 2024. Meanwhile, the 2026 Emmys will cover the calendar year 2025, which means Beyond the Gates will be eligible in all categories.

Thanks!

Too bad that BTG has to wait for so long though.
