Noticed there are no children, teens or young adults in the cast ,right?

An intentional choice,obviously.

Do you think that's a good thing or should those age groups be represented in some way?

No, there are teens/young adults. They're just recurring roles. Martin & Smitty have two children, Samantha & Tyrell, who I believe are meant to be the teens/young adults.

No crossovers please. It's not the first half of the 1990s when Y&R/B&B both had Bill Bell at the helm.

Also, since Sheila/Lauren there haven't really been any truly successful crossovers that made a meaningful difference to either show. When characters like Ashley or Amber crossed over it always felt like they were just biding time before returning to their proper shows. There was no point to them. Sheila's exit to LA made narrative sense because there was no way she could stay in GC.

I am all for keeping BTG crossover free.

Also in the early character profiles Doug and Vanessa are described as having a pair of twins. No idea what their ages are meant to be.

I think this was mentioned a few days ago but I do really wonder if they will mention any characters from Y&R and B&B the first week or month In the show? To tie all three shows together and make it possible for future crossovers?

With 40 characters navigating the landscape, I don't think they need any more.

Yes; according to the announcements, Vanessa is the "mother of twins" and is in a "loveless marriage with her high school sweetheart." However, it's not yet known the age of her twins.

This still feels surreal, even as we inch closer to the show debuting!

Major props to CBS, the NAACP, P&G, Sheila Ducksworth, and Michele Val Jean for doing the unthinkable and making this a reality in these unusual times in a genre that has been written off for years, and doing it with primarily people of colour - a demographic that has been ignored and taken for granted by both daytime and the wider entertainment industry since inception.

Today I was unaware finally of this feeling of unrealness or its being surreal. This seemed to me at least like the real thing & by that I am not giving Coke an unearned plug.

I can't believe....TOMORROW!!!

Going in...who is everyone's immediate favorite? I know I've said it before, but I will say it again...Nicole.

I'm looking forward to how that changes over time. :)

I can’t remember their name but it’s the scheming mother and daughter duo.
