I was thinking that was the surprise Victor keeps talking about, the rebuilding of the original ranch set!

It’s about time, and I’m glad more of  JFPs destruction is slowly going away. I love how emotional MTS and EB got about it in the video!

Eric Braeden tearing up made me emotional, but seeing Melody Thomas Scott really get emotional made me tear up. It looks like a real good reconstruction of the former set. I love the new "back" seating area, where the kitchen used to be. That looks stunning.

Isn't this considered a spoiler, cause it's something that hasn't happened yet

Also the

Spoiler

Devon & Abby wedding

is part of this episode too

Considering it's been discussed in this topic, at length, I'd wager it isn't too much of a spoiler. There's plenty of other spoilers, in other soap monthly threads, that don't get flagged / removed, so a set re-design I believe is safe.

I had assumed that couple's event was part of that episode, but maybe that is part of the week but not that episode?  There were photos of a character ....

Spoiler

photos of Abby at the new set but she wasn't dressed in a wedding gown, or attire for a rehearsal dinner or for a wedding reception.  Just a long dress, not fancy.
So I think those pics released earlier that show her,

are probably from a party to celebrate the ranch house renovation/restoration.

Oh come on Josh, this is all Edward Scott and we all know it.

I hope that the Chancellor mansion is next.

It wasn't Scott at all.

How do you know this?

Because, it takes more than one-month to come up with blueprints and spend the money to construct a set, etc. and Edward J Scott's return didn't happen until THIS month. The timeline does not add up no matter how much people think it does/will.

His return was announced to the audience this month.

And was credited on Bold until September (if what's posted is correct). Obviously, this was set up much before September, because the set was seen at the end of September, via Eric Braeden's own social media. This is not a Scott decision. At all. And even Josh Griffith stated this was a talk for a while.

On first glimpse the set looks good.

The former JFP ranch set was soulless and then they went to the current (tiny) room we see now.

That was done to reduce the size of sets so more could be fitted into the studio . Same with the shrunken Chancellor set and dropping the GCAC for Grand Pheonix.

This new set is much larger so hopefully there's been a change in production and we will see bigger sets.

Next up a revamp of Crimson Lights please!
