He took advantage of her (not JE obviously, but of Tracy.Thats what i felt and loved her remark about Skye and Monica) and is it just me or after every single sex scene/when she's aroused or pleased she stuffs her face after she feels that way/after sex. For example, when she stufffed her face with the chocolate on friday and in 2006 March, her and Luke were going to kiss and Georgie and Dillion walked in on them and she started eating that bowl of nuts, plus she talks with her mouth full and she talks faster. Anyone else noticed

They were part of the Toxic Balls story too, and that was all about Jason in the end. I appreciate what you're saying, but just because the entire cast is involved doesn't mean they will be involved significantly or that special moments won't be overlooked to see Jason's pain for the millionth time.

Truthfully I think Jason is the most insignificant he has been in years right now

I see his role completely being scaled back

He is no longer the only hero in town!

I see John McBain and Jax in there fighting to save the town

I for one am thrilled Tracy Monica and Edward are getting any play at all, not as thrilled as I would be if they were getting signicant story

But tracy is actually in story now with a mobbie who plays a huge part in poisoning the town...not exactly a prince charming, but ..... at least it is not seeing jealous tracy pining over luke/anna

I think the days of the Qs having significant story are totally long gone. Hate that, but now can only hope for parts of story realistically.

Jax and John being the heros would be great, but the trailer belies that.

Significant Q story is not something I'm expecting, I just want to see them doing something other than being pushed to the side and treated as background day-players. I do agree with you though, jealous Tracy is not someone I enjoy watching.

Ok, so saw this and decided to share:

Exclusive: General Hospital Chief Valentini Explains Today's Shocking Return of Duke Lavery

Aug 27, 2012 04:03 PM ET

by Michael Logan

Ian Buchanan

Not only did mobster-turned-good guy Duke Lavery die on General Hospital way back in 1990, he was gunned down before our very eyes and took his last breath in the arms of his wife, Anna. So how come the guy suddenly popped up on today's episode of GH alive and well and looking just like Ian Buchanan?

The Emmy-winning Buchanan played Duke from 1986 to '89, then Guiding Light vet Greg Beecroft took over the role and it was explained that Duke — now calling himself Jonathan Paget — had undergone radical cosmetic surgery. (So radical he even lost his Scottish brogue!) Since Buchanan is now back in the part, does this mean Paget wasn't really Duke? Or did Duke go back under the knife to reclaim his old looks? If so, can we please have the name of that plastic surgeon? GH exec producer Frank Valentini has some splainin' to do!

"Our audience is very excited about the growing relationship between Luke [Tony Geary] and Anna [Finola Hughes] and their story looks like it has really good legs...so what's the best thing to do? Make a triangle!" Valentini tells TV Guide Magazine. "We will eventually find out that the Duke Lavery we saw die all those many years ago was an imposter. This is the real Duke."

Valentini and his head writer Ron Carlivati jumped at the chance to hire Buchanan, who was rather abruptly dumped from his current role as scum lord Ian McAllister on Days of Our Lives. "Ian is a fantastic actor and when he was suddenly available Ron quickly came up with an idea and — boom! — we ran with it," says Valentini, who tells us it'll be about five weeks before we see Buchanan on screen again.

"In the interim, Luke and Anna will find themselves in a new place with their romance and they will be very surprised by the intensity of it," reports the exec. "Anna will, of course, be shocked and conflicted, she'll run the whole gamut of emotions when she finally comes face-to-face with Duke. She's going to want a lot of answers and Duke is really going to have to prove himself."

Let's not forget Mr. Spencer in this crazy-ass equation. "Needless to say, Luke will not be happy about Duke's return," Valentini says. "He's really going to have to fight for his gal. This is a very big story for all three of them."

I still think AnaL is the grossest pairing on GH ever, it makes Flea look awesome!!! And we all know how bad that thing was!

    • I know Passions used this trope with Ethan and Sam to drag out the paternity, but GH seems to speed through certain stories while dragging others.
    • For any other soap, I think I’d agree, but GH, I don’t know

    • Agreed, that there was some strange choices in the episode, especially at the end, but overall, that was some great drama that opens up the potential for so much future storyline. Kat vs. Eva having the most potential, especially over Tomas. I have mixed feelings about Martin/BC though. I thought he did pretty well in scenes with Smitty/MM, but the scenes of him confronting Leslie and of him throwing the books were bad lol she acted circles around him.  It’s similar to what Harding Lemay said about George Reinholt at AW; he could be brilliant in one scene, but then mediocre in the next.
    • I know some of y'all really like Brooke Kerr, and so I've tried to give her a shot, despite her frequent flat line readings and distracted "did I leave the front door unlocked?" facial expressions. But lord, she is so bad at playing a tough-talking badass that I was actually rooting for Brad today to spill the beans to Drew.
    • Googling does tend to ruin it.  For those of us who were teens in the late 1970s and early 1980s, you can't imagine how much fun it was to watch the show in the afternoons.  (It came on right after school.)  There weren't any "spoilers" at the time.  We would always try to anticipate how each crime and each mystery would be resolved, and we were ALWAYS wrong, because the stories are filled with so many weird twists and turns.   The head writer (Henry Slesar) and his dialogue writer (Steve Lehrman) invariably toss genuine clues directly into your face in the most unlikely ways, but then they provide a host of "red herrings" to completely confuse you and send you off on the wrong path.  Once the story reaches its conclusion, all you can think is Why didn't I figure that out weeks ago?  lol
    • Does the vault have the original scene and not the short flashback?
    • I appreciate that you are using AI with the knowledge of it's limitations. Some posters take everything it produces as fact.
    • And of course Mama Ru herself appeared on All My Children.
    • The Saturday 8pm slot usually had the lowest rating of the NBC 4 sitcom lineup for some reason. NBC let Saturday night fizzle, They used 9.30 pm to launch 227 and Amen, both of which moved to earlier in the evening but they  kept Empty Nest following GG for several seasons.  Empty Nest should have moved to 8pm with their strongest new sitcom at 9.30, anticipating that GG would eventually falter. Instead they left them there and stretching the sitcom pool too thinly on other nights. When Grand talk over at 9.30 Thurs maybe Night Court and Wings could have been used on Saturday.
