I hate that Nicole is being made to feel this way when nothing in her personal life has crossed into her professional life. No more than when Ted's cheating because public knowledge. At least she has been showing up to work.

Bibel and Davis are perfectly paired, and it seems to be their go-to pairing. I like it. A lot.
Cecelia Sprecht (Lia) is cünty as fück. She clearly is a no bullshït kind of lady. I love it. We love seeing a hospital Chief of Staff that takes their job seriously and does not püssyfoot around.
A side-set for the hospital? OK. I like it. A nice switch-up, just off of the Nurse's hub, is smart and works.
