if you go to the ET website and click Live, it's airing the BTG welcome to the neighborhood on the website, periodically LIVE throughout the day (I mean it's not live, but it's their live feed)

So it's Karla Mosley who turned down the role of Dani at first, due to shooting in Atlanta; it wasn't until she received a script she agreed. Interesting.

I believe you.  however CHCH seemed to have a promo about BTG. so it seemed that they intend to air it in some fashion.

This promo aired Feb. 12 on CHCH -- you can see the CHCH logo at the bottom while it's playing.

However, I suppose this promo could have aired *DURING* a CBS broadcast of an unrelated show that CHCH was airing at that moment. But since BTG is also in their listings, then I assumed ...

(But yeah I shouldn't assume).  I believe you, Errol.

Um....I think these writers and producers and cast members know that. They know how important that is. No one is saying that Black history will be the focus of storylines.

Speaking of budget, on yesterday's special, they mentioned using 70s R&B music on the show. I wonder if they're actually going to license real hIts.

That would be my guess; I doubt they'd mention that if they were not licensing music, which is exciting.
