So, I'm trying to figure out what sound stage they could be filming on (or stages). In Karla Mosley's post from September 23, "Stage 5" is behind her. Across from it is "Stage 4" (via this layout), which if I had to guess [might] be the main sound stage they're likely going to use. Its space seems right, too, at 19,880 square feet.

Are y'all trolling or just completely out of touch? Here we have a spanking new soap on the precipice of untapped ground, aiming to illuminate and celebrate the long neglected, underappreciated, unrepresented black audience and black talent that the nation has to offer, and we're championing Chandler? Read the room. When they need a white boy, there's no shortage of options.

This is the way this derailing should always be handled.

Looking forward to seeing some fine BLACK men who aren’t just walking torsos trotted out for an occasional fetishistic jolt like Carter on B&B or similarly poorly developed, uninspired characters like Devon Hamilton or Curtis Ashford. Give me body but with some actual flesh—male characters as complex and layered as Mason Capwell or Roger Thorpe or Mac Cory.

We’ve never really had that in daytime—even some of the better examples of Black male characters like Neil Winters, Abe Carver, and Jesse Hubbard have felt limited in their scope compared to their peers. This is such a great opportunity.

I'm really hoping we have a varying body-type across the female and male actors on this soap. THAT would be a real, scope-changing visual.

I wouldn’t mind that either, but still want some muscle eye-candy in the mix. YMMV. Yet above all else, give me memorable characters who have layers that actors can really sink their teeth into and light and shade. I’m tired of boring or one-dimensional stock characters.

Based on the breakdowns we've gotten, I have high faith in that.

How many black women (and more than a few black men) will react when they do break out the "sexual chocolate":
