Ashley needs help BADLY. Even the voices in her head don’t seem to understand what she’s doing. Does she actually want Tucker back? Does she have another revenge plan cooked up? I’m starting to think it’s pretty clear she made up meeting a friend in Paris who helped her out.

Yes, @soapfan770, that was a good three days.

Outside of when Ashley kicked Audra out of the Abbot house, Ashley was chewing her a$$ up and spitting it out. She was the definition of ice queen even when Audra called her crazy. I almost wish she had not called her a bitca, cuz it showed Audra got A dig in. Not even most digs, just A DIG. Ashley got so many digs in on her, I loved it. Her past. Her daddy (Hot for Teacher) issues. And if Ashley had used hot for teacher, I would have DIED. She was making me feel like she was Brenda Barrett on GH telling off any woman who got in the way of her and Sonny so GREAT JOB, ED. And then this episode where Audra was coming across desperate. STAY DESPERATE.

But sadly...once Ashley heard the voices...le sigh.

Meanwhile, I am LIVID...they are trying to tell the same story with Billy and Chance that they told (much better I might add) with Devon and Nate that lead to the IPO takeover. Right down to a MUSIC FESTIVAL. At least with the bare minimum, there was enough history between Devon and Nate to make the story POP because the writers ran with what was already there (though the writers tried to play it straight): the history of Neil as an excuse when it WAS REALLY ABOUT Nate being mad he lost his hand and Devon lost his girl to Nate. Right now, there's no reason for Billy and Chance to dislike each other. I did like Chance saw what Billy was trying to do with him. I mean is Chance going to get this version of Imani?

Speaking of, I missed the episode so let me ask...Amanda said her mother died. Did she mention Imani?

I kinda like Claire story as the C story to all of this.

But yeah, I'm liking this week.

    • Haha. The fact that I stopped regularly viewing at the same time and know what you are talking about is chef's kiss.    I'm slowly bingewatching Nurse's Ball Week. But it's slow for me because a lot of the same tics and writing flaws for me that made me throw up my hands is still evident *cough*CVE*cough* Thankfully, there are some things I like also and from a glance in the GH May Thread, it seem like it had a good Sweeps with good fallout. And do I even need to mention Nina finally slapping the taste out of Carly's mouth? See? Regardless of her flaws, I do enjoy Korte-headed episodes over CVE-headed episodes because they always seem to have more emotional resonance to long-time fans.
    • And that charity does still get mentioned from time to time. I want to say the last time was some time this year, too.
    • Oh, no. Vernon has definitely had his moments.   Choose silence anyone?
    • Search YT for Edwyn Sanchez, he posted an AI enhanced episode of ATWT and it is beautiful.
    • That's so funny, that's how I listen to Montecito - while walking my dog. I'll have to check out Forever & a Day.
    • I need to listen! Forever & a Day was a fun soapy podcast to have available when I walked the dog.
    • A few years ago, Devon and Nick started a charity organization together, I think it's for housing in the community.
    • I’m hoping to start getting to know Vernon better this month. He’s really only been a bunch of noble and good tropes so far. I don’t want him to be taken down the way Ted has been, but it seems he was a long-running Senator and no matter what party you are, lasting longer than twenty years means you’re looking out for you (and not who you’re supposed to be looking out for) most of all. I want to get to know both Vernon and Anita beyond their Dupree posturing. Clifton Davis can sleepwalk handling the kind of material Christopher Bernau and David Lewis handled and I’d like to see more than just a saint.
    • I thought Emily/Hal was a really interesting pairing. And I think KMH played that version of Emily very well! It might not have been what people wanted from Emily, and the writing got pretty gross at the end, but I thought she embodied that character effectively.
    • Don't know if this exactly fits here, but it is connected: Does this abandoned building look familiar? It is one of those explorer videos - and the outside may look VERY familiar if one watched GH in the '70s and '80s!
