They accidentally removed Courtney Hope for a week or two I think in June of last year.

Y&R is notorious for screwing up their end credits and sometimes not fixing it for a while. It may just be down to that if MM or the show hasn't come out and said anything about her status.

Christel posted it at 7:21am PDT, but the clock on the wall says 10:27am.

Whatever is on the monitors is the scenes that were taping while this photo was being taken.  
The monitors show them taping Imani waiting at the bar and Nate arriving.  That was the scene when Imani had told Nate to meet her and someone else for a business dinner but it was a ruse to see him by herself.

The text/caption of Christel's IG post today said "Monday mornings and we're back!"

I don't think there was any intentional subterfuge. She was just making a generic "back to work" post, and included a fun picture. The picture just happened to be old.

Great news. MM sounded so relaxed and happy in that interview. So Amanda's vacation was really MM's vacation. Glad she's back filming.

Yes I agree. Great interview and I'm glad for her vacation.

 

I'd be glad if MiM was back filming but we don't know that yet.
CK posted an old photo from June -- today on her IG.
At this point all we know is that CK was filming today.
