ARTICLE: Trevor St. John Joins ‘The Young and the Restless’

“One Life to Live” alum Trevor St. John (ex-Todd Manning/Victor Lord, Jr.) is joining the cast of “The Young and the Restless.”

According to Deadline, which first reported the news, St. John begins taping this month and will first air sometime later this fall on the drama series. No additional details have been released, particularly regarding who he’ll be playing on the soap or the actors/characters he’ll be interacting with.

Since “One Life to Live” concluded its ABC run in 2012, and its brief online reboot in 2013, St. John has gone on to appear in episodes of “The Client List,” “The Vampire Diaries,” “The Mentalist,” “CSI: Cyber” and “The Fosters,” among many other shows. He starred in multiple episodes of the “Youthful Daze” web series and The CW’s “Roswell, New Mexico.” More recently he appeared in ABC’s “Promised Land.”

Set to premiere its 50th season in September, “The Young and the Restless” remains daytime broadcast’s most-watched scripted series.

Trevor St. John was good as "Todd", and later Victor.  I bet he's a new Dylan.

I loved TSJ on OLTL.  He was my favorite Todd. 

I hope he is for Sharon.  She is doing nothing but pouring coffee these days.  I could use a break from Victoria and Sally.

Oh i loved that actress who played Flo.  She was great.  OLTL was a wonderful soap and it surprises me how good it was with RC given how bad DOOL is under him.  But he had some great actors including Erica and Timothy.

TSJ was awful on OLTL and thank GOD they un did him as Todd, cause he was so not Todd at all. 

 

And please god no don't wish his character on Sharon, she suffered enough already
