Good!  That way, that you can pick-and-choose episodes to watch at your own pace.  I love the MSW Pluto channel, but it's not always easy waiting for your favorite episodes to come back around in the rotation.  I'd really love for Pluto to have episodes available on demand as well.

It's great to see the episodes without commercials.

I can't wait for KL and FC to be available for purchase soon.

I picked up some of Dynasty episodes on Apple TV too.

Santa was good to me this year and I took the plunge! I bought the entire series in HD.

Trust me, @Soapsuds, you won't be disappointed.

MSW changes somewhat after Peter S. Fischer's departure as EP/showrunner - it becomes less folksy, for lack of a better word, and more sophisticated - but it never becomes so watered down to the point of being unwatchable, and that's due strictly to Angela Lansbury.

Did Angela do any other projects whilst MSW was running?

Did she have a TV movie deal, for example, resulting in the likes of 'Mrs Harris'?

Yes, part of her deal with CBS that she worked out in 1989, which also involved the 'bookend' episodes, involved TV Movies.

She did The Shell Seekers, Mrs. 'Arris Goes to Paris, and Mrs. Santa Claus, all for CBS, under that pact.

She also did other work during MSW's run. She did the TV Movie The Love She Sought for NBC, the miniseries Rage of Angels: The Story Continues, also for NBC, and Beauty and the Beast for Disney.

The Shell Seekers actually first aired on ABC on Dec. 3, 1989. It was a Hallmark Hall of Fame movie.

I'm always amazed by her warmth and dignity.  It just comes across as so effortless for her.  Truly an inspiration for us all.

Angela Lansbury had a presence that radiated comfort and warmth, and that's why to this day she has a fanbase of all walks of life.

Angela's career ranged from Golden Age Hollywood to Broadway to television, but for me and many of my generation (1980s kids/1990s teens) her two signature roles will always be Jessica Fletcher and Mrs. Potts.

Angela Lansbury has agreed to return as star of CBS's Murder, She Wrote for a seventh season. As part of the agreement, Corymore Productions Inc., which produces the show, has been given an order by CBS to develop an additional series for the 1990-91 season. Previously, Corymore agreed to produce several made for TV movies, and has been given a 13- episode commitment to develop a half -hour series with Lansbury when Murder, She Wrote has finished its run on the network. The renewal of Murder, She Wrote for another season is especially important for CBS in that it is one of only two top -ten ranked shows that CBS has on its schedule

Wait, Angela Lansbury was producing MSW (under her "Corymore" banner) that soon?  I thought she didn't own or produce the show until the 1992-93 season, after one year with David Moessinger (a.k.a. The Gentleman With the Funny Name, lol) as EP/Showrunner.  *shrug*

I wish CBS/Corymore had followed through with developing a half-hour series for Lansbury.  I think she would've been perfect for a comedy series (provided, it wasn't as awful as "Yes, Dear," lol).
