(Exhibit A: the city's yearly "Fashion Week.") They also should've kept "Rags" as the title. This was never meant to be the actual title, it was just the name the Bells used while developing the show. That title sounds way too cheesy Please register in order to view this content Didn't Bill Bell Jr. and Maria Arena Bell create a show called "Coming of Age" but for whatever reason CBS passed on it.
