I used to be the SAME way when I was younger and I thought about life in the future. I thought for sure I'd be living the single man's life forever, or at least always live alone and have my gentleman caller come and go (no pun intended) because I could NEVER get a good night's sleep with someone else sleeping next to me.  But here I am, 9 years into a marriage... though admittedly we've had a second bedroom for years which comes in handy when one of us is restless... or gassy.
