Members beebs
The GH vets met up with Stuart Damon recently, and the picture shows him having lost a LOT of weight. Knowing how much he'd put on over the years, that rapid loss concerns me.
Members Khan
Damon's a Type II diabetic, though, so maybe the weight loss is a good thing?
Members beebs
Fingers crossed! I think I may be projecting based on family members' health trajectories. I do hope he's well!
Members Khan
I hope so, too, for his and his family's sake. I realize he'll never be able to return to GH in any permanent capacity, but I do hope he's able to enjoy whatever time he has left. Members All My Shadows
IDK, I feel as though the final four will hang on longer than we think (well, Y&R and B&B, at least). When there were 10 soaps on the air 15-20 years ago, it was harder for the networks to ignore them, and as primetime started to tank, the crusty ass mawmaw shows had to go. It's probably loads easier for ABC and NBC to ignore daytime now that they each are down to what are their biggest hit soaps of all time. It really depends on which network will decide that being the first to be completely soap-less is cool af and totally something about which they should brag and brag and brag. Members amybrickwallace
That's so sad. I know he has not been in great health as of late, and I'm STILL mad at TIIC for firing him after 30 faithful years of service in 2007. Of all the Quartermaines, I miss Alan/Stuart the most. ❤
