Yay Smarttv these are good numbers for GH. It lost some in viewers but went up in the demos. The trend I noticed is consistency and that's all we can ask for. October has been just trying to get the character's and the show recognizable again and so far Jelly has passed with flying colors. They are setting the stage for a truly unforgettable November. It's an awesome time to be a GH fan.

Days had a big week it was going to go down a bit but they are still doing better numbers then Tomsell hell which was real bad.

Sean M this was a transitional month for GH Jelly had to fix the dialogue and the characters. November will be exciting but they aren't rushing it they are building every aspect of it. Ron last month's were terrible so at least now I am watching a more recognizable GH. Give it time to improve. U won't really be able to compare RC to Jelly until February or March where they now have gotten to launch their stories.

There is something wrong with the way ratings are calculated - I've said it for years.  How does Y&R lose 1.5 million viewers from Monday to Wednesday?  It's just not true...the show isn't great but you don't lose 1.5 million+ viewers in 2 days.  There is just no way.  And, GH - you're in trouble - face it.  When a show hits 1.0 to .9 in Women 18-49?  The network is watching.  And you're rounding UP to get to that number.  Every show that has been cancelled had better 18-49 Women Viewers than GH and Days right now.  And you can say things are different now because it's a few years later.  Keep telling yourself that.  GH can't get cancelled because it's GH!  THEY could NEVER get canceled!!!  Your numbers are terrible.  Guess what...ABC doesn't even need to put another show out there.  They COULD.  But they don't need to.  And whatever they do put out there will be cheaper to produce and pay for, and they'll make a profit, which they are NOT making off of these two soaps right now.  In my market, Steve Harvey and Wendy Williams, and The Real ALL have better ratings than General Hospital.  I'm in a top 20 TV Market.  Those shows aren't the cost of what it takes to do a Daytime TV drama.  Face the music.  Jelly ain' savin' no one.  Saw an article that said Tristan Rogers was appearing on General Hospital in December or January.  That's when they make the decision to renew or cancel.  He's going back to say goodbye.  Look for a notice in the next few weeks that Tony Geary is returning to GH.  He'll be doing the same - saying goodbye.

Give me a break. GH is higher then the View and it's there highest rated abc daytime show. Jelly are saving soaps with their modern approach to soaps. GH will be adding more upscale viewers who want to stimulate their brain. November will be a month to remember mark my words.
