Members quartermainefan Posted April 22, 2015 Members Share Posted April 22, 2015 Tim Burton was a godsend to Batman, but his ideas for Superman perhaps would not have worked. Someone made a documentary about his failed attempt at bringing Nicolas Cage to the screen, and I have to say Burton was ahead of his time, especially when it comes to the underwear. I fall into the yes to underwear camp, and don't really feel Henry Cavill captures Superman at all, but Cage was too ethnic and not handsome enough imo.
