I was just thinking about this this morning. I was thinking about how much I miss AMC and wondering where the lawsuit stood.

So basically PPN if they make it to court will be laughed out of it? LOL

They can resubmit their case but all the courts questions will have to be addressed

Or the judge can move in forward with stipulations

A Lawyer friend read this and said that PP is asking for Ch 11 but wouldnt be shocked if the court made them file Chapter 7 or 13

What is 7 or 13?

7 is personal bankruptcy and I have filed that myself

I believe 13 is total bankruptcy where 11 was Bankruptcy protection which allowed restructuring
