Members Pine Charles
Eric, I only have the 1991 boardgame (How to Host a Murder). We'd have fun playing... and maybe getting a little tipsy! This is from the "Costume Suggestions" page in the "Host's Guide": Costumes are not essential to the play of the game, but they are fun and certainly add excitement. If you choose to encourage your guests to wear costumes, the following suggestions may be helpful. Erica: Dress to kill with designer clothes and exotic looks; add stylish jewelry and accessories. Anything glamorous will work. Brooke: Fashionable yet practical in either business or casual attire. Tasteful, never flashy is the key here. Phoebe: Matronly with an elegant style, usually topped with valuable heirloom jewelry. Opal: Anything flashy and flamboyant. Dress for "overkill" with big jewelry, a lot of hair and high heels. Palmer: Dark suit and conservative tie. Very Wall Street. Adam: High-fashion designer suit. Suave and dashing is the look here. Jeremy: A very European style - a turtleneck and jacket or an artist's smock. Artist's tools or portfolio case would be a nice touch. Jackson: Looks like a GQ model. Lawyer's suit and briefcase but fashionable, not stodgy.
