*OK, Celia should be written as the Psycho-Jealous-GF type. Can't wait for the catfights with Colby. It would reach Sheila C,/Lauren levels of good.

*Cassandra's interacting with the other "imprisoned" girls. Great scenes.

*Is it just me, or is Miranda in AJ's room more than he is?

*Angie finds out that there are 3 days unaccounted for with Cassandra...right before Jesse, with his Emmy-Award winning heroism and honesty blessed by the High Goddess Agnes Nixon herself, has news for her.

*Hot Chelle Rae performs at the Chandler living room. Hmm, the foyer looks just like La Boulaie's.

*Pete's gonna have blue balls tonight. Celia denied him a kiss.

*David's furious. Though, I find it rich he'd think Cara was keeping a child from him considering the hell Bianca has been through with Miranda (partially because of him).

*JR doesn't remember much from 5 years ago...

Okay. So, I do need to watch. I was thinking about skipping because I hate boy bands...But, since JR is on today and so is the Cass story. It's worth enduring the pain of this crap.

I agree. I think it's a rough road because Mo stated he struggled before with the material and it affected his mental health.
Just see how long the show kept Kirsten Storms.
With Mo's open mental health diagnosis, I am not sure the show can actually do anything about it and in general I don't think GH wants to take that hit because Sonny has fans not named Carolineg, I swear!!!

ALL: Those big, iconic soap moments

Lily/Sonny and Brenda/Jax have a few really good scenes before Brenda decides to go to the Canada cabin in the snowstorm because she's stupid and hopes Sonny will rescue her that really reflect how well Lily/Sonny and Brenda/Jax work better together.
The narrative now is that Sonny actually loved Lily. Not true, but he loved the idea of her. I remember Brenda saying he would have eventually fallen for her. Who wouldn't? Or something similar to that. I would have obviously raised my hand in disagreement in 1996. I think GH was a bit more subtle than I was in 1996 to be fair lol.

I thought of another moment that didn't live up to expectations: Mary getting hit with the falling C on Santa Barbara. To be fair, there was only so much that could do with a daytime budget, and all five actors involved (Harley, Jon, Nancy, Lane, and Jed) did their jobs just fine in the leadup and aftermath.
