Members John
I thought that was Pat Fili-Krushel but it was Shapiro. UGHH http://www.welovesoaps.net/2011/05/toddmanningdoll.html
Members soapfan770
That was the late Rohrbeck's doing I mentioned in the original post. He left NBC for rehab and apparently his wife was a painter of erotic portraits.
Members MissLlanviewPA
The Todd Manning doll was a beyond stupid marketing mistake, but I'll be the first to admit that I would have probably preferred that she stayed after the crap that happened under Frons. Was Felicia Minei Behr up against up him for the position at one point? What could have been...
Members CSF
I don't think Lucy Johnson was bad. CBS Daytime promos were off the hook under her! And I believe it was Gloria Monty who fired Finola Hughes, no?
Members MissLlanviewPA
It was. Fin was leaving anyway for the show Jack's Place, but Gloria let her go the month before she was actually supposed to leave. That is supposedly what convinced ABC that Monty had to be let go from GH. Members CSF
If she was and she would have gotten it, JFP would have been fired from GH. Guza and Pratt would have never been back. JDB would have never been fried from AMC for JHC. Richard Culliton wouldn't have been fired from AMC and McTavish would have never been back or at any other ABC soap. If PC went which it would have, it would have been replaced with another soap, without a doubt.
Members EnglishTea
That would have been so nice. I still want to see what RC would have planned for AMC.
Members Max
Compared to most of the daytime executives over the past two decades, I actually think that Lucy Johnson was pretty good.
