I think this is one of the cases where the DA probably wouldn't bother to waste tax dollars on, considering Lucas served time for a more serious charge in this case

Nick really needs to get over that he "paid his debt" because going to prison for two to three years is light for killing a man

I don't see why not. When a juvenile commits a serious crime they are usually sent to a juvie facility and than transferred to an adult facility when they reached adulthood. Being a child isn't a get out of jail free card.There are cases of pretty young teens sentenced to life for murder.

That's what I was thinking while watching today. I am a week behind in episodes. I don't see what Sonny sees in Will. Will is so immature.

The problem with CM's Will is that when he stands up for himself, he mostly still seems like a whiny punk. That's how he came across to me last year. I don't think he can carry a story. It makes more sense to me to do the current approach, which is to write all around him, although he doesn't have to be quite so sad-sack.

basically. I dunno what the writers' issue is with this, and why they don't just write Will like a (anatomically) male Sami. It seems like a missed opportunity, all over the place. He could EASILY coast on his 'innocent' good-looks, viewed by most as harmless, while being decisive and underhanded. Sexy. Dangerous. It would have been amazing to see him threaten Brian and tell him off, and then work Sonny like a pro, get his forgiveness w/o even breaking a sweat - really show us, through Sonny, how completely charming and irresistible Will is... Sonny should be borderline obsessed with Will, IMO. Forgiving of nearly anything. THAT should be how this 'love story' plays. Like will has made Sonny 'someone else' and they can bring Sonny's mom and dad into the fray... sh!t would be epic drama. But alas.

such a waste. But I still think CM's ridiculously adorable/hawt, and I just like staring at him, tbh. LOL

no, they didn't. They were middling it, trying to have their cake and eat it, too. They wanted Will to behave badly/act out, but not actually be SEEN a 'bad guy' character, like his mother/EJ are. The show put constraints CM and he couldn't really do anything/take Will anywhere interesting, because he had to keep Will in check. They wanted/want Will to be Carrie 2.0, which is just sad. Really sad. A real wasted opportunity.

LOL Everyone, including Will knows that Gabi has a secret, most just dont know what it is and I dont see it coming out as she is still carrying the baby and Will nor Sonny would threaten to use it against her at this point.

Nick apologizing to sami for callin her the B word doesnt mean squat, its not the first time he has stated histrue feeling in error and apologized for it LOL, he is calculating and to some extent needs to believe that he is doin this for Gabi and the baby and not solely cuz he is a homophobe. He is pissed cuz Gaybpy tapped that arse and got his girl preggers, plain and simple imo.
