So just read on twitter that Eileen Davidson is back in the role of Ashley starting today. So I wonder is she doing both DOOL and YR?

I assume Ashley is just back for whatever 40th anniversary celebration they have? Unless they have her make recurring appearance, since Sony owns both shows. If she was out at DAYS, I assume we'd already hear about it.

Honestly, she's lucky she's so valued by two different shows, this is such a rare case in daytime. I can't think of anything similar on soaps on different networks.

It's amazing how differently she's styled on both shows (I know different characters, but it really makes a difference).

Tic-toc, it's just a matter of time before ED gets "traded" back to Y&R. In the long-run, it's actually better than she was gone while the new regime puts the show back on track. Hope she is paired with DG - those few scenes with Ashley/Cane definitely hinted at some potential chemistry.

She probably won't be back full time and right now they are hinting at Chelsea and Cane.

A few weeks ago I did read that Y&R wanted her back and had kept pushing to get her but DAYS wants to hold onto her.

DAYS would be fools to let her go.

I like ED's Ashley but prefer BE's Ashley the most
