This may be an upopular opinion but I think many investors may find SL to be kind of a joke. I mean her daytime emmy losses became a joke, We fans know she's not but I doubt investors wont invest cause Susan wont do it

If Susan is a "joke," she's a joke that's been laughing all the way to the bank for over 40 years while most of the people mocking her have watched their credits dwindle.

I don't think the issues at PP had anything to do with Susan, or for that matter, with investors having any issues with the AMC or OLTL brand.

I see were John is coming from. Even video games that have no connection to Soaps/AMC even have the emmy joke. I am playing a game on my computer called Sam and Max and they mention it yet this game came out 10 years after the win. Before Devious Maids she was in a gloria swanson trap, meaning she kept playing the aging soap star who hates everyone.

As far as her monetary wealth is concerned that is what John was saying. WE know she isn't a joke and his highly respected and highly payed but the general public doesn't know that.

Isn't SL on a hit cable drama series on Lifetime now called "Devious Maids" (along with hosting the Investigation Discovery series "Deadly Affairs")? I don't think that she can be considered a joke anymore! She already won her daytime emmy for AMC back in 1999!

Her Emmy losses was huge buzz as the ratings slipped after she won. Lucci didn't need prospect park one iota lol she turned them down every time. She's a smart one .

Im not talking ABC or the soap community. They know how wonderful and valuable Lucci Is. Im talking outside of that community. There were quite a few who never took her seriously.

Some said Investors would not invest without Lucci attached. However, If PP goes to an investor who is not knowledgeable of daytime dramas, they may not see Lucci saying No to AMC 2.0 as a reason not to invest with PP for the soaps revivals

PP and these shows are done after tommorows announcement abc gets the rights back and they go up in tv heaven. Lucci will still be relevant wherever. She has a name. Like Kelly ripa who was not taken seriously when she took live is actually doing better ratings without Regis and has a networth of 75 million. She's filthy rich as is lucci.
