Members Angela
I'm torn on this. It's funny and cute but most people won't notice the TOLN/HULU on it so I'm not sure what it does for the online network - or the serial dramas - in terms of advertising. Members ThisIsHeavy
Exactly, I think this opens up the possibilities and Eden sounds very committed to being a part of the new iteration of the show. I think TOLN can get creative with their filming schedule so that Bianca can have at least a B level love story. And I hate to sound like a sexist meathead, but if you are trying to spice things up why in the heck would you pass up the opportunity for lesbian sex? I would love to see a Bianca that has possibly given up on love and is something of a lady killer. Either that or the return of a former love. Members John
Yeah I see Eden and Binks being on a lot. If TOLN/PP knows her scheduule ahead they can block tape her the weeks she's available during AMC's filming schedule
Members AllMyDaysatGH
I am sure some people will walk past and be like "omg hulu" and "Well gee, what's TOLN?" and Google it later. I hope
Members Marco Dane
More than likely they might have a follow up billboard later
Members Marco Dane
perfect, be sure this is in front of the ABC building. LOL
Members alexisfan07
I love the billboard but it's not obvious enough
Webmaster Errol Posted April 3, 2013 Author Webmaster Share Posted April 3, 2013 IMO, "You Took My Children I Want Them Back" has a double meaning. A) It's related to All My Children, of course Um, did we forget the Taken film ? Just pointing it out since it's spoilerish...
Members Darn
Okay, the least they could have done is have it say "You took All My Children, I want them back" with "All My Children" in the show's font so that people would know what the !@#$%^&*] the billboard is for. You can't be vague and cute with this crap. Bad advertising.
Members Vee
I agree, unless they do a follow-up billboard.
Members All My Shadows
I don't think it's necessarily bad, but yes, having "All" in there should have been essential, a no-brainer really.
Members baller
Parts of the interview didn't sit right with me though - it seemed a more re-visionary tale of when she left and the fact there was someone playing Bianca (and well) at the end. that billboard is AWESOME
Members Angela
I'm guessing they're hoping the billboard (and its follow ups if there are any) will become a viral hit. You know, the whole "WTF is that about?" element. For example, a couple of weeks ago there were some news stories about billboards which consisted of what appeared to be a couple bickering - he cheated, she took out a billboard dumping him, he took out a billboard apologizing - and I think all of it was billboard performance art for some company.
