I believe it was David and Erica/Greenlee who owned Pine Valley Hospital.

David's Doctor's License was suspended.

Damn, I usually pride myself in my great memory, but I do not even recall Erica owning the hospital. Maybe I missed all that.

I would just like to take this opportunity to say that this all still feels like a dream. History is being made here. This is such an unheard of and amazing development in the entertainment industry and I feel that it may spawn similar projects, like What's Happening Now!! ushered in a long line of revival sitcoms. Maybe not soaps, but we may see more series revived online, particularly if this AMC/OLTL venture is a success.

I defiantly remember Greenlee buying/owning the hospital.

David had Jane buy the hospital as Erica. After Jane was done with that, she put David in the Chief of Staff position per his orders.

David managed to get Erica institutionalized after she escaped captivity.

Next, I remember half of Oak Haven winding up at Kendall's house and Erica finally convincing them she isn't crazy, I think. I'm not sure how David manged to stay out of jail. I think Erica retained the hospital.

Erica never took David's 50% I re-watched the last 2 months of David scenes.

David's plan was to use Pine Valley Hospital for his Project Orpheus.

Greenlee & David are the co-owners. When greens was trying to get Scott to be with Madison she offered him a job at the hospital cuz she was the owner.

David owned the hospital due to Greenlee. But didn't Greenlee sell the hospital thus Jane as Erica purchasing it?

I don't know what happened with Greenlee's/Erica's (Due to Jane) shares but I do know David retains 50%.

Greenlee sold the hospital to Jane as Erica. David was the silent partner. Erica got out. David got Erica institutionalized after she stabbed him. Erica got out. Erica gave Jane a free pass which also gave David a free pass. David started bringing people back from the dead in abundance. He teased Erica that he has someone she loves. Erica let David keep ownership of the hospital. So either David, or David & Erica own the hospital.
