Im sure we will agree to disagree but I find it very tacky to once he recieved documents about PP's plans and their financials, he published them without checking with PP first. Then when PP wouldnt grant him interviews he said on twitter that if they didnt talk to him, he would spill tea of what his sources had told him. So he was using Intimidation. Yeah that sure sounds like someone who cares about these shows, their actors and crews., NOT!!!!

Jamey often seems a bit like a lesser (much less abrasive), mini version of Nelson--for a while (a few years back) I would have sworn that he was modelling himself from Nelson's example.

Obviously, I think the soap press SHOULD be allowed to be critical (something that's been missing from printed soap journalism for a decade or more--back when SOD, etc, would actually print well thought out critiques of the show,) and obviously, I'm biased here, but Nelson seemed to instigate the initial "Ron Carlivati is a GOD and let's petition to cancel AMC so that we can save OLTL" campaign.

And yeah, crap like that David Canary stuff, and then expecting to have people flock to you to do interviews, just doesn't work (granted, Nelson would brown nose anyone in an interview--as of course most of the "online soap press" does--)

I remember all kinds of unbearable stuff from Nellie Olsen around that 2009 period. I could swear there was some attempt to push Tamara Braun as AMC's star, some one-week push to try to convince people Susan Lucci was past it and was now eclipsed by a younger female actress, the unforgiveable David Canary attack, all the talk which seemed to lead to Adam Mayfield's crotch, and endless references to Soap Opera Spirit award winning Imaginary Bitches.

+1. With all the good decisions Prospect Park has made thus far, I doubt they're going to bring Rebecca Budig, Cameron Mathison and Bobbie Eakes back. Walt Willey will probably be approached after Susan Lucci returns.

As long as he's not shilling CoeCoe Cosmetics around Pine Valley High, I think a gay teen is a great idea. I just hope if there is one, he isn't as stereotypical as Felix on GH.

ICAM! I miss the days when soap journalists were actually critical of the shows and not just pushing gossip. I'm also biased against Nelson for his Carlivati love and AMC hatred.

I'm sure they would gladly have welcomed Rebecca Budig and Cameron Mathison back if the scheduling worked out. Mathison was one of the first people signed the first go-round. Like it or not, Greenlee and Ryan (not together, but those two characters) have been a major part of AMC for well over a decade.

When soap fans think of all-time popular couples on AMC, Leo and Greenlee is one of the ones that comes to mind.

Greenlee's family of Roger, Mary, Millicent, and Woodruff -- especially Mary -- were also once popular, before she was even tied into the core of the show more directly via Jackson.

I would love to see Anna Stuart on AMC again, that would be amazing ... (not surprising considering my avatar LOL).

So what? Characters like Tara, Phil, Chuck, Greg, Jenny, Ellen, Mark, Cliff, Nina, Nick, etc. all had their lengthy runs too, they had their time. Eventually that time ran out when their story was exhausted. I could go on with a long, long list of people before I got to Ryan and Greenlee. They are no different and no more special.

Leo's been gone a long time. When one half of a supercouple can't sustain alone, eventually, they get cut. Exiting Greenlee, at least for now, was long overdue.
