yeah after a few months. The relationship Starr has now with both Todds isnt any different. She is mad initially but then comes around to forgiving her dad and on his side. She will get over what Todd did and have him back in her graces eventually. He acts like this is the end of the Todd/Starr relationship. She's already cut him off several times since coming to GH
