I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

How is PP planning to start "filming in CT" NEXT MONTH when they haven't even secured any writers? And, I'm assuming there's a lot of actors we don't know have joined yet, because...LOL.

They could have very well secured Fi-Core writers for all we know. I guess we will have to wait until the official announcement.

LOL. I agree in a sense, but it could come together. It's only January 7th. They could have a deal with the WGA by the end of the week and probably already have writers in mind so, all cast and crew could be in place by the end of the month. Sets built, etc. It COULD happen.

Yeah, that was my thought also when I read this latest "news".

We'll likely just hear about what was leaked in a pretty little press release. I hope I'm wrong but "announcements" usually amount to nothing.

First order of business? That generic 1992 domain name "The Online Network" needs to be redubbed. ProspectParkPictures.tv (ppp.tv) would even be better.

Agreed. They also made sure to point out they have the financing. I'm fairly confident we're finally going to get somewhere with this. If it falls apart, it falls apart.
