I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

I'm going by what they claimed, rather its true or not. PP and some of the actors have already mentioned they hope to be filming by February or March. And several actors have already signed on without a headwriter in the first place.

My only complaint about the Castillos was their overexposure so I don't mind this at all. I'll be interested to see whether we'll the Castillo family increased.

I understand Cara, she was the more popular of the two Castillo's, but really neither one is needed. I'd rather the focus be on actual core families

Is it bittersweet that ‘One Life to Live’ is continuing without your involvement?

I’m not sure bittersweet’s the right word. I’m really excited for all my friends in New York and excited for the show and for new life to be breathed back in to those two shows. I talked to [series creator] Agnes [Nixon] last week. She was really excited that her babies have been brought back to life.

It's nice to know that Frank and Agnes still keep in touch.
