November 26, 201213 yr Member Anyone into true crime here? And like old crime cases of murder and disaperences and stuff? I am and I just came across this case (link below) about a fire supposedly killing 5 kids but maybe not. Anyone got any other links to stuff like this? http://www.register-herald.com/local/x519073643/Where-are-the-children
November 27, 201213 yr Member Maybe it was the early hour, but when I read that story over coffee earlier, I felt every hair on the back of my neck and head stand up and I kept looking behind me like someone was in the room. Creepy stuff. Especially the apparent cover up attempts, like the stolen remains and the beef liver. Here's a haunting local case: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lyon_sisters

November 28, 201213 yr Member Tate-Labianca. Hillside Stranglers. Bundy. Night Stalker. I record everything about true crime I can, which is why I love ID so much. People are nuts, and it's fascinating to see what may have pushed someone to commit murder and think they got away with it. And recently, ID Films had a 2-hour story on a man who now claims he killed Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman.

December 2, 201213 yr Member I had watched Boy A (which stars Andrew Garfield), and though I had heard of this child murder case before, it didn't really connect with me that it was loosely based on it until a few months later. http://en.wikipedia...._Patrick_Bulger Essentially, it's about the murder of a 3 year old boy by two boys who were both 10. The two 10 year old boys were tried as adults and their identities were revealed to the public during the trial. This documentary details the case and is told from the point of view of the victim's mother. http://youtu.be/GXoxwPuI5fY I guess I'm interested in the psyche of child killers - what makes children so young snap and carry out premeditated murder? This is a truly awful and disturbing case that's made even worse by the fact that only children were involved. Edited December 2, 201213 yr by Y&RWorldTurner
December 2, 201213 yr Member Has anyone watched the amazing and disturbing TV movie, An American Crime starring the immaculate Catherine Keener, Ellen Page and James Franco?
