At the climax of the story, we find out Bobbie had a mental breakdown and that's why she had the surgery. Just then, we find out that Bobbie has been holding the REAL Robin captive all this time. RealRobin shows up and confronts BobbieRobin. Then Anna walks in with a gun and doesn't know which one to shoot. She shoots, but accidentally kills RealRobin so then she kills BobbieRobin, as well as herself, to avenge RealRobins death.
